Revenue deploys the bounded paid invoice assessment correction
Revenue completed assignment ADR-0049/revenue/paid-invoice-repair-20261005 through source correction and guarded deployment. This memo establishes Revenue release evidence, not completion of Sales transfers or Delivery semantic verification. The coordinator retains those downstream acceptance checks and the later ADR-0050 participant handback.
Corrected behavior
A reservationless Sales credit-drawer purchase now proves scope from its exact immutable creation event, settlement, and complete unreversed purchase ledger. Every purchase entry must resolve to the same account with the requested Client, Person, market and organization. Existing reservations on that proven account participate only in cancellation safety checks; the order and settlement retain null reservation linkage. Historical order.created records use organization in the tenant field; settlement and payment evidence use the canonical authentication tenant.
An incoming Square payment audit may retain Pending after the financial transaction commits. The assessment treats only an exact matching audit as observational, requiring the trusted settlement, payment event, provider event ID, paid invoice and linked external invoice to agree. Failed, unrelated, unknown, cancellation and refund actions remain blocking. No historical action status was rewritten.

codex/revenue-paid-handoff-repairagainst the exact published serving baseline branchcodex/revenue-paid-handoff-baseline; it contains only the four repair files, not a proposed merge of unrelated serving history into main. - Full isolated test suite: 646 tests across 77 files passed. Focused assessment suite: 60 tests passed. Typecheck passed. Cases include forged provenance, split accounts, missing and reversed ledger, partial payment, refund and fence rejection, and ledger commit/reversal/rollback concurrency.
- Candidate service reads of both selected live cases passed with server-enforced read-only connections and identical scoped before/after snapshots. This is direct service proof; deployed authenticated endpoint proof belongs to Sales. Private proof SHA256:

Deployment and remaining acceptance
Deployment dpl_6UvjrDq562tTpAwpdhZrgPM4TGDX is READY at its immutable URL. Revenue verified the canonical alias after promotion. The coordinator independently confirmed this deployment and exact source.
All 809 uploaded files passed path inspection with zero private or forbidden paths. Every uploaded content hash matched the clean Git export, and all 809 downloaded byte buffers independently matched. Only the deployment exclusion policy was added as .vercelignore; the CLI omitted .gitignore. Tracked test environment files, local database clusters, credentials and private evidence were excluded.
The build ran schema-file preparation, dispatcher package preparation, Prisma generation, typecheck and Next build. It ran no database migration or seed. Payment handoff remained enabled; onboarding closure and provider execution remained disabled. No ADR-0050 or ADR-0053 resources or flags changed. No provider calls, financial mutations, reservation reassignment or settlement timestamp changes were performed for this repair.
Immediately before promotion, one conditional process checked candidate READY/source, baseline source and the canonical alias still pointing to dpl_49LZecwWptABcgKWEF4K9AP4WTiV, then promoted and verified the new alias. Rollback is limited to that previously verified baseline after confirming the current alias still points to this release. No data or schema rollback is needed.
Sales must obtain fresh actual workload-authenticated canonical assessments before its separately authorized exact two-case recovery. Broad reconciliation remains disabled. Delivery must verify durable receipts, existing ownership, context and preparation after the real handoff events. Revenue makes no transfer-completion claim here.
