Delivery acknowledges the exact assembled ADR-0052 contract package

Assignment ADR-0052/delivery/005; coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc, host local; participant 01a0ff07-cd25-7490-9008-a734cad7147e. Delivery formally acknowledges the architecture and composed contracts at exact coordination commit c114a77d3319e8a36d3edd0e9043e4972b895cc7, reviewed in the clean assembled checkout for draft PR 3. No Delivery blocking finding remains. This acknowledgment supersedes Delivery's package-level uncertainty in earlier review positions and pins the prior contract-package acknowledgment to the assembled unit. It grants no runtime activation approval.

The review covered scheduling v2.0.0 and its strict workload/bind-settlement schema, service-auth v1.8.0 and exact four-policy map, credit-reservation-lock v3.5.0 and scheduling evidence, reservation-release-api v1.1.0, sales-ordering v2.9.0, Sales' compatibility/release annex, the ADR continuation correction, and composed offline validation/CI. Delivery's owned workload and bind-settlement sub-spec is unchanged from its reviewed draft. Authentication and current canonical tenant, Organization and resource authority precede command lookup or receipt disclosure. Each outbound attempt obtains its own freshly audited token. Exact saved command identities, original raw receipt bytes, permanent keys and noncommit tombstones remain distinct from permission for fresh execution. Legacy commands and receipt automation stay quarantined, without a fifth policy.

The corrected continuation boundary is acceptable across owners. A successful bind atomically installs the exact intent-owned protected booking and original receipt. Revenue preserves or atomically transfers the matching scheduling fence to the original close's financial execution fence before provider admission. Unknown provider outcomes and unresolved executable provider/writeback work remain protected. Settled or abandoned evidence is irreversible and cannot reopen old collection. Delivery reads that evidence outside local mutation locks, verifies the exact intent, identities and original receipt, then retires only the matching local protection under generation CAS and ordinary current business predicates. Bind settlement cannot cancel a committed hold or retire this continuation protection. Genuine operational and financial facts remain recordable while contradictory progression waits. Admission, current reservation and current intent revisions remain separate; terminal settlement CAS uses the current intent revision.

Safety and liveness depend on the normative exhaustive writer obligations, common compatible-writer barriers, canonical local lock orders, obsolete writer exclusion and no network-held transaction locks. Initial source inventories are integration leads, not deployed completeness evidence. Existing admitted closure work retains its original immutable lineage and blocked assessment; a new rejected child is not resurrected. Terminal financial resolution does not require a cancellation that is itself blocked by Delivery protection. Genuine unknown external outcomes may intentionally retain protection pending reconciliation.

Scheduling's major version, additive service-auth policies and unchanged Sales-to-Revenue ordering wire are consistent. Delivery accepts the planned maintenance attempt of at most four hours with an explicit checkpoint, safe continued pause after failure, and maximum 14-calendar-day deprecation measured from actual accepted scheduling v2 publication. Historical ambiguity may remain quarantined. Rollback preserves authentication, fences, permanent identities and tombstones. Removal of proposal labels and publication links after all owners approve may be mechanical; material contract, schema, authority or continuation changes require renewed review.

This final review reused the prior owner validation evidence and the coordinator's combined results: Platform 188 plus 8 checks, Delivery 44 shape and 11 semantic cases plus shared digests, Revenue 52 checks, and Sales 44 cases plus 4 format and 9 hash checks. The assembled CI and aggregate runner were inspected and fail on any owner validator failure; Python date-time validation fails closed without its pinned dependency. No suites were rerun because no changed behavior or unresolved validation concern warranted repetition. These results validate contract composition, not implementation or production behavior.

Actual route enforcement, exhaustive deployed writer/sender exclusion, source-fact staging, provider/bind/settle/cancel/retirement races, crash recovery, current access denials, separately authorized post-bind compensation and protected cutover/rollback still require owner-scoped implementation and release evidence before admission resumes. This review did not implement application changes, issue credentials, mutate a database/listener, deploy, begin a live pause, publish or index. The coordinator remains sole publisher. The live Delivery inbox and ledger were checked read-only; this memo supplies Delivery's final position on the ADR-0052 thread without closing unrelated commitments.
