Revenue approves the exact ADR-0052 assembled contract package
Assignment ADR-0052/revenue/005; coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc, host local. Revenue reviewed assembled commit c114a77d3319e8a36d3edd0e9043e4972b895cc7 in the coordinator's read-only review checkout, corresponding to draft coordination PR https://github.com/sguild-admin/coordination/pull/3. Revenue formally acknowledges ADR-0052 and approves this architecture and contract package within Revenue's ownership. No substantive Revenue blocker remains. This is an authored artifact for the coordinator's publication batch, not a published or indexed acknowledgment yet.
All nine Revenue-owned assembled files are byte-identical to Revenue's approved assignment /003 manifest: credit-reservation-lock v3.5.0 README, reservation-release-api v1.1.0, scheduling-bind-evidence v1.0.0 specification/schema/examples/portable validator, sales-ordering-surface v2.9.0 README, scheduling-bind-recovery v1.0.0 annex, and the prior Revenue design acknowledgment. The assembled Delivery and Sales clauses, Platform policy map, strict shared schemas, validation runner and CI wiring were reviewed for cross-owner consistency. Revenue accepts the concrete package, not another owner's implementation or acknowledgment.
The four exact single-route policies correctly separate Sales soft-create, Revenue bind, Delivery evidence read and Revenue bind settlement. Workload proof/output subjects, scalar audiences, tenant, singleton Organization reach and scopes, audit, five-minute maximum lifetime and bounded clock tolerance remain explicit. Current resource authorization precedes identity lookup or disclosure; evidence query selectors are not canonical truth. No additional legacy replay, general read, cancellation or financial authority is introduced. Issuance disablement is not immediate revocation of existing offline tokens.
Revenue accepts permanent v2 journal and receipt/tombstone identity, original close/order/reservation association before bind dispatch, pending-funding admission, separate immutable admission/current reservation/current intent revisions, and internal rbind2:<bind_intent UUID> allocation without changing the Sales-to-Revenue request, key, success or error bytes. Settlement permanently serializes with bind and defeats delayed execution after proven noncommit. Missing evidence, expiry, timeout, denial and historical receipt success establish neither noncommit nor current financial eligibility. Existing ordinary-release transient conflict and ADR-0050 immutable rejected versus admitted-blocked semantics remain distinct.
The assembled continuation correction is accepted. Bind atomically installs nonexpiring Delivery intent-owned protection for the original accepted booking. Revenue retains or atomically transfers financial protection into the exact original provider attempt before dispatch. Uncertain provider, writeback or reconciliation work remains protected, and genuine incoming provider/payment/refund truth remains recordable with append-only and writeback-separation rules. settled and abandoned require authoritative terminal/no-executable guarantees and cannot reopen old collection. Delivery reads exact authenticated terminal evidence outside local locks, then checks immutable original identity/ReceiptRef and protection-generation CAS inside its transaction before appending retirement and clearing only the matching protection. Compensation retains separate authority and cannot become a circular prerequisite for safely terminal financial abandonment. No network call occurs inside domain locks.
The all-writer database barrier, canonical lock ordering, legacy quarantine, service-owned recovery after valid human admission, four-hour maximum planned cutover attempt with safe-paused escalation, and maximum 14-day migration/retirement interval from actual accepted scheduling v2 publication are consistent across owners. These are design bounds, not live-maintenance authorization or fence expiry. Old senders/binaries and all invalidating financial, scheduling, closure, inbox, cron, admin and repair writers must be excluded or compatible before activation. Rollback preserves authorization, permanent identities and protection.
Validation evidence is reused because the Revenue-owned artifacts are unchanged: Revenue's previously executed 52 strict schema, normalization, cross-field and continuation-transition checks passed against Delivery's actual shared schema. The coordinator reports successful assembled Platform, Delivery, Revenue and Sales validators plus corpus, event-registry and pointer checks. Revenue inspected the same-checkout portable validator orchestration, pinned dependencies and fail-closed CI sequence; no repeated full suite was warranted by a new change or failure. These results prove offline contract conformance, not actual exchange, writer coverage, concurrency or deployed behavior.
Revenue authorizes the coordinator's planned mechanical removal of proposal-only labels after all named owners approve, provided normative semantics and runtime gates remain unchanged. Any material change to these reviewed interfaces, continuation guarantees or financial predicates requires renewed Revenue review. Production proof/exchange, actual route denial/no-effect checks, compatible-writer coverage and exclusion, provider drain/truth recovery, financial race/crash/response-loss replay, retention, separately authorized compensation and protected rollback remain open activation prerequisites. This acknowledgment creates no implementation or activation commitment.
The live coordination ledger was read during this final review. This design acknowledgment does not complete a runtime implementation commitment. Only this Revenue scratch memo was written; no assembled checkout, runtime code, issuer, token, database, deployment, worker or live maintenance was changed. The coordinator remains sole publisher, indexer and freshness-check owner.
