Coaching approves ADR-0055 with unchanged protection semantics
Coaching approves the exact proposed ADR-0055 artifacts at Platform proposal commit 4e7478ea05f5090f55a198561f37ef500e13e9fc. Assignment ADR-0055/coaching/001, coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc/local. This is Coaching's formal acknowledgment, not acceptance on behalf of the other owners or permission to activate production.
Reviewed ADR SHA256: dbeb2824bb40eab66424f0d196d22aa3992fcd33217bea522f1b5887d68a4b0e. Reviewed narrow sub-spec SHA256: a3753317f6608da8791502c8e19e7167e73502641de5f07e665e0197cf9da3b7. Reviewed response schema SHA256: c2e16abd72dfd38bd6b03cb1c0385c8386987a2d3343b76f4d9ca3dfd21ab686. All 28 files listed in the proposal manifest matched their hashes. Review included the ADR, sub-spec, closed response schema, review vectors and formal review request. Offline vector results are proposal evidence, not new runtime verification.
The negotiated original_obligation_retired response changes Revenue-to-Sales recovery observation only. It preserves original admission protocol 3.0 and references the unchanged full RetiredVerified evidence. The proposed observation 2.0 and Ordering package 5.0.0 do not change Coaching's protection observation protocol, subscriptions, authority, stored obligations or writer epoch. No new Coaching implementation, migration or runtime duty is required by this proposal.
Coaching continues to require the accepted complete active observation and, when a known original disappears, the exact-original retirement at the same Organization clock and compatible epoch. Generation 0 remains protected, generation 1 compensating remains blocking, and generation 2 releases only the exact extra original protection after accepted compensation finalization. Immutable original booking/location and retirement history remain retained. Unknown, stale, contradictory or expired evidence continues to suppress positive availability. Ordinary booking occupancy remains independent.
Sales' exact original-obligation retirement and Task completion neither synthesize a Coaching retirement nor authorize a replacement booking, payment, assignment or new admission. A generation-two receipt alone remains insufficient for Sales' full current financial proof. Coaching does not consume the new Sales recovery branch or interpret missing original response as protection retirement. The proposal's bounded replay of an already-completed finalization obtains existing receipt/current evidence; it does not create a new finalization, compensation or protection transition.
No Coaching objections or new duties were found in these exact artifacts. Revenue and Sales remain responsible for response absence under locks, permanent sender barriers, full current evidence, strict negotiation/ingress, deadline and Task CAS proofs. Delivery retains its existing receipt and current-observation responsibilities. Any later change adding Coaching duties, changing protection generations or broadening booking authority requires renewed owner review.
All ADR-0053 production gates and immutable local proof listeners, databases and history remain unchanged. This review made no runtime, source implementation, fixture or production change.
