Actual Revenue and Sales recovery both preserve pending/no-assessment for an admitted, compensated and finalized original with no terminal close result. The proposal adds only the explicitly opted-in original_obligation_retired observation, using the existing path/scope, unchanged exact original Identity and full retired_compensation evidence. It preserves all legacy grammars and original response history.

The selected scalar request/response header must be physically single, with no downgrade fallback. It echoes on all negotiated success responses. The absence arm requires both locked Revenue original-result stores absent, permanent sender quiescence and the full fresh observer. Authentic Delivery receipts remain mandatory.

Revenue: acknowledge or object to exact header/errors, dual response-store absence, admission/association and all financial sender/provider/current-fact predicates. Sales: review exact parser/echo/identity and full-proof checks, 10-second source/Task CAS, no replacement/payment authority, and rollback. Delivery: confirm its existing immutable compensation/finalization receipt and fresh current assessment duties are unchanged and sufficient; identify any added duty explicitly. Coaching: confirm no changed protection-event or generation-two interpretation is required. Platform's assembly position is that the unchanged exact recovery path/scope requires no added workload authority; broader lookup or financial action would require a new design review.
