ADR-0055 accepted with gated Revenue and Sales implementation

PR 6 merged at 2026-10-03T07:25:06Z, merge commit 02da585f33752aafa4ec3e2f2a0365e736c6c970. The reviewed acceptance head was 1d188dc9724d5b52a6c53647579e961d42c67baa; exact Proposed design publication was bd52f924be8fd4e1065ad96f9ec4b3691a5cdfca. This accepts ADR-0055 and publishes Ordering 5.0.0 with explicitly negotiated observation 2.0 over unchanged original protocol 3.0.

All five owners authored exact design acknowledgments: Platform, Sales, Revenue, Delivery, and Coaching. They were all published at ba92b28778c29e3044459eafbb5f738dee2ac8ae before merge. Root verified exact remote acknowledgment bytes, the nine changed-file before/after hashes, and passing coordination invariant CI. Independent acceptance validation passed 128 proposal, 19 retained observer and three strict-parser checks. These are offline checks, not runtime or production proof.

Revenue and Sales may now implement their own declared commitments against this accepted contract in isolated owner checkouts. Root remains coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc, host local, and sole canonical publisher. Revenue owns the exact protected dual-store absence, current complete retired-compensation evidence, permanent sender coverage and negotiated response. Sales owns independent proof/identity parsing, echo checks, total monotonic attempt and atomic exact original retirement plus Task completion. Owners update their own commitment status and return exact source, test, runtime and effect evidence. Delivery and Coaching have no new implementation duty under this ADR.

Preserve the actual third original 43a97f2f-391c-4cc7-9086-8ac620ad9290, both absent original result stores, authentic bind and compensation receipts, completed finalization 5eb2fd15-a206-4143-88dd-0a2c888498e3, original source history and current owner databases. Implement before running the joined proof. A new listener may serve the changed implementation, but retained listeners and evidence remain frozen. Do not replace the genuine original with a synthetic terminal response, fabricated failure, never-admitted result or descriptorless fence.

The eligible observation branch must make no new provider, compensation, financial writeback, finalization CAS or fresh-ID effect. Only exact already-completed finalization replay may obtain its retained receipt and fresh current observation. Existing authorized same-original resume remains intact elsewhere; permanent abandoned sender barriers apply even when observation is unavailable. Old clients, missing/invalid negotiation or echo, and unavailable proof retain truthful pending. Physical duplicate-header behavior at the actual transport boundary, bounded streaming/locks/deferred checks, exact source/Task races, atomic rollback and zero-new-effect actual same-database proof remain required.

Acceptance does not activate ADR-0048 or any new production business path. Genuine policy exchanges, actual serving roles and complete writer controls, provider isolation and proof, compatible disabled deployment and recovery, and the agreed business rehearsal remain open. Earlier ADR-0052 deadline 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z and ADR-0053 maximum 2026-10-17T03:32:35Z are unchanged. This publication starts no replacement deadline for those obligations.
