Authentic original retirement verified and compatible release candidates prepared

Coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc/local independently reconciled the local ADR-0055 joined proof. ADR-0048 production activation remains incomplete. Its chosen implementation still requires the accepted common admission and recovery protections in ADR-0052/0053 and the bounded observation and retirement amendments in ADR-0054/0055. Acceptance and local completion do not establish deployed readiness.

Completed local recovery

Sales' actual exported recovery action completed in 4204 milliseconds. Only original 43a97f2f-391c-4cc7-9086-8ac620ad9290 gained one retirement record and its exact Task changed from open/version0 to completed/version1. Replay made no further owner request or local effect. Root independently compared the before/after snapshots, response bytes, physical version echo and two genuine Platform issuance audit records.

Revenue's producer and post-Sales readback preserve both SQL NULL original-result stores and all 65 table rowsets and catalog definitions. Root verified the producer and subsequent completed-finalization replay issuance audits. Delivery's independent readback preserves all eight G2 fact groups, original capture and bind command, and exactly one finalization command and audit. Root compared the exact G2 snapshots. No additional financial or Delivery effect is claimed. Owner-authored local ADR-0055 commitments are completed; production gates remain open.

Only the new Revenue proof listener and the new local Revenue/Sales proof roles were stopped or disabled. Original data, receipts, prior listeners and historical failed evidence remain retained.

Compatible release preparation

Sales local integrated source 18cb0e8a4fb4999a30f5fe48852d3b221ddc2cda preserves serving ADR-0049 behavior and combines the accepted closure and scheduling consumer chain. Evidence includes 1022 affected tests, five closure PostgreSQL cases, 25 ordering PostgreSQL groups, seven pending migration rehearsals and three final builds. Root verified the 17-artifact packet and reviewed the separate serving-baseline read-only role diagnostic. These builds are not deployed business evidence.

Coaching local combined source af63339ec1a1e9501cd133f3412b6ee2ab3e7ee7 preserves live ADR-0051 Coach creation, Node 24 and explicit migrations while integrating accepted protection code. Root verified 319 source files, 20 migration hashes and five evidence artifacts. The combined build, 216 unit tests, seven actual persistence checks and nine Coach-creation database checks pass. Production migration and observation gates remain.

Revenue's bounded release preparation resolves the ordinary-writer scheduling-marker integration gap in source e6806d9a73bd1607b9ddc26a807e4744c7ba00ad. The twelve exact pending migrations pass a fresh schema-only production-baseline rehearsal, and all 1,002 final tests, canonical-client typecheck and production build pass. Root verified 887 source pins, 29 artifacts, twelve SQL hashes and five validation logs. Restricted-role native tests include real refund-service rollback, retry and no-change replay, with explicit provider-double limitations. The frozen joined proof remains unchanged. Public SDK packaging and production evidence remain open.

The existing historical Sales checksum disposition remains nonblocking within its stated scope. The seven new migrations do not depend on or replay the old cadence mapping. No historical SQL, migration checksum or cadence data is rewritten.

Remaining production work

Sales' two production closure-policy exchanges and cleanup passed. Delivery's acquisition remains unproven; unsigned orchestration stops and exact cleanup are retained separately. Its canonical cleanup is dpl_6kMSVcQWqehL1sT6xAb78DjRrbPi, source 5c36fd2021069d766b17f97032b4266c8d0b4f5a. Further proof requires an inspected bounded plan, not a retry of an uncertain invocation.

Sales' actual serving-role observation returned one signed production response using its genuine Prisma connection. The actual role is postgres, with schema ownership and BYPASSRLS. This confirms an open runtime-role gate, not non-owner readiness. Immediate cleanup is READY deployment dpl_f3vFNLaYaHX4zrWvX1WBa25jeg3w, source ff4d48037722d4327a6926cee354fd1624721268; root independently checked the canonical alias and source, thirteen evidence pins, route absence, destroyed signing custody and expired authority. Business environment and ADR-0049 flags remain unchanged. Sales is preparing a narrowly scoped runtime-role, migration and writer-drain cutover package; no production privilege changes have been authorized by this observation.

Revenue's serving-baseline diagnostic passed local native read-only and compiled Pages-resolver proof. Root verified eighteen artifacts and 774 physical and committed source pins. Exact diagnostic ed414c52522bf9722868fd415c61bb6f61231d17 and cleanup 14090538972f5dea9ae6dfdc05d9f94328afd3a5 retain the serving business baseline. Portable build and staging are authorized, with production invocation held until artifact review. Actual Revenue serving-role evidence is still missing.

Other required producer-role evidence, compatible source and migration cutover, relevant writer/provider containment, deployed ingress and owner integration proofs remain. Public dispatcher 2.0.3 publication and isolated Square validation still require their existing owner authentication prerequisites.

Delivery's bounded authentication-only preflight passed direct and first-attempt pooled logins with the official pinned CA and verified TLS. It did not invoke the Vercel proof route. The original helper truthfully recorded incomplete retirement when Supavisor changed the session marker; subsequent exact readback verifies the revoked baseline and zero sessions. Two narrowly authorized drain statements were no-ops. Root verified all five evidence pins and the retained role snapshot. The earlier 28P01 cause remains unproven. Root subsequently reviewed the TLS acquisition executable, eighteen packet pins, 572 diagnostic files and 119 contained Linux links, plus the preserved cleanup artifact. One fresh Phase B acquisition attempt is authorized with a fifteen-minute credential maximum, 120-second signed approval, at most one request and mandatory cleanup. Authorization is not successful acquisition evidence.

Delivery's subsequent single acquisition attempt returned UNKNOWN. Root verified the original result and separate cleanup artifacts, twelve pins, revoked role with zero sessions, expired approval, READY canonical cleanup and unchanged 28 environment rows. Only the approval audit row exists. Retained request logs show the exact canonical POST returned 404, with no runtime error detail. The encoded approval span was 121 seconds because of one-second backdating; original evidence is retained and does not claim a maximum-120-second span. No retry or replacement window is authorized. Delivery is investigating the enabled packaged launcher locally before proposing any further production proof.

Coaching's staging initially moved its project-default alias despite --skip-domain. Its main domain remained unchanged, and the narrowly authorized default-alias containment was verified before invocation. The subsequent one-request production read succeeded at 09:41:47Z, request b1d5caae-d9d1-462f-9ad4-747a8d38e795, response SHA256 eb82cc1b077f5e4b905d4b191dda3c3d7acb9bf9f2c5eb2d5215c527ebde3f73. Root independently verified the execution packet and actual response. The genuine serving role is postgres; its transaction was read-only, protection was disabled and the writer epoch was absent. Nineteen Coaching migrations are applied. One new protection-observation migration remains, and one historical Coaching checksum differs from current committed SQL. The owner is preparing a read-only historical disposition and bounded migration rehearsal; no historical checksum or journal will be rewritten. An unrelated unfinished public-schema migration is not automatically a Coaching gate.

Coaching cleanup is READY dpl_FadadtUTMUZJV3v7GyHzF8Y2H6jF, source ecd830069ed3f4deff342359b21341dabc77c529, with the same serving business tree. Both canonical and default aliases point there. The exact temporary diagnostic deployment was deleted, canonical and retained diagnostic URLs returned 404, all twelve business environment records stayed unchanged, signing references were cleared and expiry was verified. Root separately rechecked current alias/source and diagnostic API absence.

Coaching resumed an older local availability request after compaction during readiness preparation. Its corrected owner report records the single incidental platform_local row and chronological uncertainty. That row is preserved, adds no scheduling instruction or release evidence, and did not change the frozen proof databases or production. The chat has resumed its assigned readiness work.

Platform's accepted coherent read-only verdict does not impose a separate SELECT-only identity pool or global identity-writer drain. Preserve its accepted bounded observation consistency. The separate Sales, Revenue and Delivery contracts' non-owner epoch and writer protections remain required.

No overall ADR-0048 completion or broad activation follows from this checkpoint. Existing ADR-0052 and ADR-0053 deadlines remain unchanged.

Subsequent bounded preparation

Root verified all 42 artifacts in Coaching's ADR-0053/coaching/008 packet (815fc13938f86d63d555ec54b81668f113f2b4dddc70327cd232761fd6e70755). Git commit 8c75082c99b653ec7fc03f462078fe069024365d removed only capacity and from the introductory comment of the historical operations migration. The exact applied bytes were recovered and match the production journal. This checksum difference is nonblocking for the isolated new table migration; no historical bytes or journal records change. Native Prisma rehearsal applied only migration 20261003034000_scheduling_protection_observation, preserved all nineteen existing rows and reported no pending work on rerun. The candidate remains unpromoted. Actual session-pooler inspection showed that URL startup timeouts were not honored, so the original production helper is held while a verified direct transport is prepared. This finding was relayed to Sales and Revenue.

Sales' ADR-0050/sales/020 packet (9556d41f905ae5fcdadf5e2eadf8a735bafa89e5095d3b6692fa67b94085af20) has 39 verified artifacts, ten focused privilege checks and seven exact migration files. Its subsequent owner permission disposition withdraws the stricter inherited PUBLIC TEMPORARY prerequisite. Root verified eleven packet pins, reviewed the actual guard and packaged-Prisma evidence, and accepts retaining TEMPORARY/CONNECT and public USAGE within the tested source and explicit ACL boundaries. No shared PUBLIC revoke is required. All 140 guard cases rejected invalid operations or failed closed, and qualified durable writes passed with 61 temporary table shadows. The diagnostic itself had an evidence-integrity defect from unqualified catalog names; its tested qualification and transaction-local search-path correction must be implemented before future cutover verification. Historical evidence is retained without claiming its session was contaminated.

Platform's read-only provider review is committed at f5efc12bdc0d17ab631bfac0f331f6c39583564f, in platform/.cache/adr0050-platform-015/docs/adr0050-platform015/. Six evidence pins were verified. Sales has 448 retained deployments, including 434 READY, and no active project WAF configuration. The proposed reversible maintenance rule, approved-host restriction and supported skew threshold remain an execution plan, not verified containment. Authenticated and automation-bypass coverage, running continuations, builds and direct writers still require concrete evidence. No firewall change, broad retirement or deletion was performed.

Verified production migration and next release steps

Coaching009 applied the exact additive protection-observation migration once through the verified direct host, pinned public CA and native Prisma engine. The new journal finished at 2026-10-03T10:03:04.092Z, checksum 704f4a2cf9dcf6b666035727fa6c95a39620557f7affc779f2867542e769521d. Root independently compared all nineteen prior full-row digests and the identical second readback. All twenty migrations are accounted for; the new table has six columns, its sole composite primary key and zero rows. No old journal, shared public schema, role or business row changed. The permanent execution claim remains retained, with no retry. Root verified all 47 final packet pins and all 430 regular and 58 link uploaded identifiers for READY candidate dpl_GJyiXJDWxWQUm1tHYoB62ZUFtpyT, exact af63339. At 10:10Z it had zero aliases, while canonical and default still served Fadadt and all twelve business environment rows and settings were unchanged. Default-off promotion is separately authorized; protection activation and epoch remain held.

Delivery008 local packaged diagnosis passes its distinct launcher positive and eleven negatives. Root verified 23 packet pins and 572 regular artifact files. Fixed stage codes and safe HTTP correlation now support diagnosis, and encoded authority is capped at 120 seconds. The c9 production cause remains UNKNOWN. A new pinned custody executable is being prepared without production proof authority; exact retained c9 diagnostic retirement is separately scoped after fresh evidence and alias checks.

Sales022 committed catalog qualification and trusted transaction search path as 535c59484276af9b2cf93d45d9ea2e3562b13ab2, directly atop the preserved integrated candidate. Root verified seventeen package pins. All 2,409 tests, typecheck and contaminated-session checks passed. Actual direct TLS/native read-only checks match 93 Sales and 25 public journal rows and prove enforced timeout and wrong-CA rejection. The active publisher code in Dispatcher 2.0.1 and 2.0.3 is byte-identical for the assessed path; Sales may retain its pinned 2.0.1 without extra privileges. The optional automated-SMS missing delegate belongs to the separate external-actions SDK and is not repaired by a dispatcher upgrade. Final native paused packaging and exact writer/migration cutover preparation continue without production mutation. Revenue native diagnostic staging continues with its original production business behavior. ADR-0048 remains incomplete.

Default-off Coaching release and Revenue staged artifacts

Coaching default-off production release completed at 10:16Z. Root independently verified all 25 promotion packet pins, READY exact GJyi/af63339, all three intended production aliases, seven unchanged aliases, twelve unchanged environment rows and settings, and the recorded canonical health checks. Two prior attempts were recovered verification-script mistakes, first omitting the third known production alias and then misclassifying existing Vercel SSO protection as failed application health. Their original results remain retained. The third corrected attempt passed. Protection remains off and epoch absent; the full consumer commitment remains working.

Revenue staged artifacts are READY. Root verified 46 packet pins and the uploaded content identifiers for 1,340 cleanup and 1,390 diagnostic regular files, with 305 and 300 contained links. Only the diagnostic function receives its two public settings. All six current aliases, 38 environment rows, settings and cron bindings remain at the original serving baseline. A fixed single-request read-only invocation and cleanup executable is being prepared; no signed diagnostic request or promotion has occurred.

Delivery retired only the exact c9 diagnostic deployment after preserved provider evidence, expired authority, revoked-role zero-session readback and no-alias checks. The deployment API now returns 404; canonical cleanup and all aliases remain unchanged. The original UNKNOWN result and audit remain preserved. New proof custody is preparation only.

Platform activation preparation d058a1a2311a5e139de5d21ccac9bfee55ab50d4 identifies four switches, eleven policies grouped 4/6/1, explicit tenant and Organization mapping, exact audited exchange and resource-read checks, and bounded recovery. Root verified four artifact pins and ten physical source pins against LF-normalized committed source. Recovery issuance includes mutations and cannot be treated as a reads-only switch. ADR-0055 adds no switch or key. No activation, identity freeze, separate read-only pool or extra diagnostic endpoint is inferred. Recipient readiness remains necessary for each enabled group.

Revenue unsigned stop and restored baseline

Revenue007 stopped before signing or a diagnostic request. Promotion moved the fourth existing baseline alias and exposed a deployable-artifact defect: both prebuilt output configurations had empty cron arrays although source schedules were preserved. Their promotions cleared the five project cron definitions. The one approved diagnostic promotion and one cleanup promotion are preserved as failed verification; no actual role or journal evidence was obtained. The key was destroyed without issuing authority.

One separately authorized promotion of original Djpz initially timed out at the CLI and later settled successfully without another mutation. Root independently verified at 10:28:45Z all six original aliases, five original cron definitions and hosts, enabled state, 38 unchanged environment rows and settings. Original failed and early partial results remain separate from settled recovery. Both invalid staged deployments were then retired by exact ID after preserved evidence and zero-alias/current-target checks. Revenue008 prepares distinct corrected output metadata and four-alias verification, with no diagnostic invocation authority.

The cron finding was propagated before further release steps. Delivery actual source and both Build Output configurations already contain its five jobs, and current provider metadata confirms all five enabled at cleanup6kMS. Coaching has no source cron definitions and its deployed empty list matches. Sales is correcting its separately retained native artifact before any production staging. Future verification includes actual output and provider deployment cron definitions rather than only source configuration.

Delivery009 executable review passed root verification of 33 packet pins, all 572 diagnostic and 508 cleanup regular files, contained link manifests and live five-cron baseline. One fresh Phase B acquisition window is now authorized with its reviewed role, TLS, source, alias, cron and environment checks, 15-minute credential cap, 120-second encoded approval cap, at most one proof request, and exact cleanup. No Phase C or business call is included. This authorization is not successful production acquisition evidence.

Sales final local artifact preparation is complete. The owner cutover proposal is qualified by the cron-preservation correction. Root verified all 27 revised packet pins, 1,090 regular files and 148 contained-link records. Only output config.json changed; four source schedules are preserved, while scheduler disablement remains a separate provider control. Nine native smoke checks passed with no network attempts. The original empty-cron artifact and plan are retained but must not be used for cutover. Exact migration/role helpers and same-source paused recovery are prepared, not authorized or executed. Verified containment and positive writer drain, credential proof, recipient readiness and later activation remain open.

Delivery observable request and verified cleanup

Delivery009 made its one authorized production request. It returned 404/UNKNOWN. The actual correlated provider log identifies sdk_integrity denied, narrowing the failure without establishing its underlying mismatch. The sole audit row is the owner approval; reservation, completion, SDK exchange and deployed restricted database access remain unproven.

Root verified original and cleanup hashes, all seven original evidence pins, expired authority, revoked role with zero sessions, closed custody, and fresh provider metadata matching all five restored enabled cron jobs at cleanup6kMS. Owner evidence separately verifies all five alias targets and original28 environment/settings records. No retry or replacement signature is authorized. Delivery010 continues read-only provider and local packaged-runtime diagnosis; the retained diagnostic remains available for inspection. ADR-0048 production gates remain open.

Revenue008 runtime failure and original-baseline recovery

Corrected Revenue008 preparation preserved all runtime bytes while restoring actual deployable five-cron metadata and using a fresh dedicated public key. Root verified 44 packet pins, 2,730 regular artifact files and uploaded identifiers, contained link manifests, both uploaded output configs and actual provider deployment cron arrays. The revised runner included the observed fourth affected alias and bounded promotion settlement.

The separately authorized single signed read-only request returned HTTP500. No serving-role, migration-journal or runtime-flag evidence was obtained. Cleanup7fu passed its alias, cron, settings and route-removal checks, and the authority expired with key custody destroyed. Existing scheduled reconciliation subsequently returned500 on that cleanup deployment. Both actual request logs identify missing generated module alias pg-587764f78a6c7a9c. Correct metadata and model inspection did not prove compiled entrypoint resolution.

One separately authorized original-baseline Djpz promotion completed without retry. At10:51:51Z root independently verified READY source5417af4cf384ecc91f8a1da7a671a4094993ee05, all six original aliases, five original cron definitions and hosts, enabled state, 38 unchanged environment records, and full settings except the provider cron update timestamp. Original request and metadata-cleanup success records remain separate from the observed runtime regression and baseline recovery. Both failed stages remain retained for read-only diagnosis. Existing logs did not establish the earlier007 empty-cron window impact, which remains unknown; no catch-up mutation occurred.

Revenue009 corrects the missing generated alias locally and must exercise actual compiled entrypoints in isolation. Delivery010 separately reproduced missing OIDC dependencies in its uploaded file map, with parent-directory module fallback explaining its earlier local false positive. Sales024 and Coaching011 check their own exact artifacts for this class of packaging defect; no cross-domain defect is inferred and no new production request or activation is authorized by those checks. ADR-0048 remains incomplete.

Isolated dependency correction and recovery confirmation

Revenue008 owner evidence preserves the original500, separate compiled-alias regression and one original-baseline recovery. Root verified all25 result-packet pins. Existing logs additionally establish a natural reservation-job200 on restored Djpz at10:50:26Z; this does not resolve unknown impact of the earlier interrupted interval.

Delivery010 correction is sourceab43bc8da9d88babda2f0619e97b6361b246dc10. Root reviewed the private-route dependency tracing and unchanged integrity checks, all26 packet pins, four exact Git/candidate source files,1,680 regular artifact files,119 contained link manifests and five actual cron definitions. The isolated original artifact reproduced404 at SDK integrity with zero audit queries; the corrected native launcher returned200 with three local audit rows and11 denials, including all five SDK tamper cases. Four fresh SDK-load cases detect each missing dependency. Transport and OIDC doubles limit this to local proof.

Delivery011 prepares a distinct acquisition package, with no new credential, staging, promotion or request yet authorized. Only retirement of the exact old13z diagnostic is authorized after preserved evidence, expired authority, revoked zero-session role, and no current alias or target references. No PhaseC or business effect is included. Revenue009, Sales024 and Coaching011 continue isolated compiled-entrypoint checks.

Sales and Coaching isolated dependency verification

Sales024 found no reproduced defect in unchanged535c594 artifacts. Root verified13 packet pins and five prior artifact/evidence pins. All15 positive and deliberate missing-dependency cases across five separately materialized function maps passed with zero network attempts or ancestor dependency loads. This covers compiled imports and pg/Prisma/OIDC construction, not actual database operations or production cutover.

Coaching011 found no regression within eight tested compiled API/page/launcher entries at GJyi/af63339. Root verified22 packet pins. Five actual Prisma clients reached packaged pg and stopped at blocked sockets; all435 mounted files matched and all72 prior staging/promotion file pins were preserved. Node transport hooks were used, not an operating-system firewall. Existing logs contained zero errors, which is supplementary rather than complete runtime proof. Coaching protection stays off. A separate direct human availability request interrupted this assignment, completed independently at9335c1d, and was preserved before011 explicitly resumed.

Revenue generated-alias correction

Revenue009 preserves original008 artifacts and adds missing generated package identities only to nine physical function mapping configurations. Root verified16 packet pins, all2,730 original and corrected regular files,605 unchanged link manifests, exact unchanged output/cron configs, and that each new logical alias points to its existing canonical file target. No compiled source or dependency bytes changed.

The two original native cases reproduce omitted aliases; all six corrected cases load44 Prisma models, covering the actual lazy diagnostic backend and every cleanup cron entrypoint. Ancestor resolution, SQL, route invocation and network attempts are zero. This proves package initialization, not production handler success. Distinct Revenue010 staging and runner preparation is authorized against these corrected mappings and a fresh public-key config. Original Djpz remains the serving baseline, and no promotion or diagnostic invocation is included. Exact failed008 stage retirement is permitted only after evidence, expired custody and zero-reference checks.

Successful bounded production proofs

Delivery011 completed one actual PhaseB request on DiAr/ab43 with HTTP200, passedtrue and unknownfalse. Exactly three approved, reserved and completed audit rows match the original window and source. Root verified15 execution packet pins after reviewing60 preparation pins. This establishes actual native SDK acquisition and restricted audit database TLS, not PhaseC, Platform resource, epoch or business effects.

The exact cleanup6kMS was restored once, all seven diagnostic env IDs removed and original28 env records/settings plus all five aliases and enabled cron metadata restored. An initially unrecognized deployed-request Supavisor session caused a cleanup stop after NOLOGIN/passwordNULL/grant revocation. Root separately authorized only its exact PID1200257/usename/full backend-start tuple under revoked-role guards; one guarded termination succeeded, and zero sessions were verified. Existing authority expired, custody exited normally with pools closed and RAM references cleared. The original successful result remains separate from this cleanup recovery. Stored audit timestamp text is11:17UTC; Windows pg Date serialization of timestamp-without-time-zone appeared16:17. Type, session timezone and both representations were retained without database edits.

Revenue010 completed one signed read-only request with HTTP200/no-store and an exact closed response at11:19:14UTC. Root verified14 execution pins after52 staging pins, all2,730 uploaded regular identifiers, nine actual remote function configs, two output configs and five provider cron definitions. The response attests44 generated Revenue models and complete47-table, one-sequence, six-function,65-guard and51-migration catalogs, with49 finished and two historical rolled-back rows. Transaction read-only is true. Current/session role remains postgres/OID16388 with schema ownership, BYPASSRLS and elevated role/database capabilities. The restricted-role release gap remains open.

Observed runtime flags retain onboarding closure/provider false and payment handoff, committed charge, bind reservation and card capture true. No flag changed. Exact cleanup49L/source14090538972f5dea9ae6dfdc05d9f94328afd3a5 is now the current Revenue deployment, with all six intended alias mappings, five enabled cron definitions,38 env records and settings verified, canonical diagnostic404, expired authority and destroyed closed key custody. A naturally scheduled reservation-job request returned200 after cleanup. OriginalDjpz is retained as recovery baseline, not current production. Root independently rechecked both domains' provider alias, cron and env state at11:23:44UTC.

Delivery012 and Revenue011 prepare the remaining source-pinned migrations, restricted roles, old-writer containment, cutover and recovery against these observations. Their scope is local/read-only preparation, not production activation. Sales' prepared cutover and Coaching's default-off release retain their existing gates. Public SDK2.0.3 publication and isolated Square owner authentication remain external dependencies. ADR-0048 remains incomplete.

Integrated release preparation and production source blocker

Delivery012 source reconciliation is complete at531a5f63c9801b5951b510b1460c5ad12814961d. Root verified45 packet pins and31 retained lifecycle evidence pins. Current production has52 Delivery tables and44 migration rows; the integrated07ec source has13 pending migrations. Forty-one installed checksums match exactly, two match CRLF representations, and one Person bridge matches its preserved historical source. No historical journal or database row changed. The dedicated role and73-table grant pattern remain proposals.

Root independently confirmed a concrete source blocker: integrated07ec rejects production closure and reevaluation routes, rejects the canonical delivery schema, and bypasses financial admission protection in production. Removing only HTTP guards would leave the bypass. Delivery013 now corrects the guarded production target, role and admission paths locally before preparing the full native artifact. The exact existing Delivery production project, postgres database, delivery schema and dedicated delivery_runtime_adr0053 role are the source increment's target. This is not production provisioning or activation authority. Frozen07ec and G2 remain preserved.

Revenue011 preparation is complete at22114294703de7b7006b984823ee9f3d335e42b5. Root verified39 packet pins and compared all12 proposed migration files against exacte680 source. Four pending files add only transaction and5-second lock/60-second statement bounds around byte-identical SQL. Local migration proof preserves all51 original rows, applies12 pending files and repeats idempotently. A separate native lock-failure case rolls partial DDL back, retains its failed journal, and blocks rerun withP3009. Six permission/guard cases and33 transition/grant/byte checks pass locally.

Root accepted those four pending-only wrappers for Revenue012 local integration, preserving49 historical exact source representations and all51 journal rows. Final portable SDK2.0.3 lockfile/publication remains external. Runtime grant execution, effective PUBLIC/definer reachability and business coverage remain owner release gates. No production grant, PUBLIC revoke or mutation is authorized by the local review.

Sales025 checks native migration atomicity and fixes concrete credential one-shot and expiry gaps in its held cutover helpers. Platform017 checks whether Delivery's existing closure issuance policy is already available, separately from the four new scheduling switches. These are bounded preparation tasks; no new production issuance or activation occurred. ADR-0048 remains incomplete.

Sales cutover helper verification and existing closure policy readiness

Sales025 native migration and runtime acceptance passed17 native-engine atomicity/timeout cases. For the five pending files without explicit transaction wrappers, the exact pinned engine rolls the whole failed file back while retaining its failed journal. Earlier successful files remain committed. No SQL or artifact change is necessary. Root verified23 packet pins and six prior artifact/evidence pins. One-shot login claims, role OID binding and approval expiry rechecks now have13 focused cases. Actual local Prisma runtime acceptance passes, rejects14 altered snapshots and detects a real unexpected schema grant. This is local acceptance, not proof of a deployed credential.

Root identified a provider-shape issue in the proposed zero-membership check. The exact creator correction reproduces non-superuser CREATEROLE behavior locally, then permits only an explicitly reviewed creator-admin reverse tuple with exact identities and admin=true, set=false, inherit=false. Runtime outgoing membership and elevated role reachability remain denied. Root verified21 revised packet pins. The revised unexecuted claim is2aaccf95-04aa-4444-b8c0-4e49bef4f014, planbbe0ab4122e3a2e7c441416d950e7bbd7d1e0f8efb7ac9445a7fbedf899682b0. No production tuple is inferred from Delivery or a local fixture. Original025 evidence stays intact; source535c594 and the corrected023 artifact remain unchanged.

Platform017 report253f770f6f79b6609370cf78acfc5cea9a539de2 clarifies that existing delivery-production-to-revenue-onboarding-closure-v1 is mounted and ungated in current78290. Root verified eight source pins against that exact committed runtime and reviewed the awaited issuance audit. None of the four new scheduling switches gates this existing policy, so no Platform env, flag, key, source or deployment mutation is required for Delivery PhaseC. Current provider metadata is consistent with prior serving-custody proof. Exact exchange and independent audit join remain unexecuted; no successful issuance is inferred. A distinct one-attempt wrapper remains required, with zero Revenue recipient calls and no change to Revenue closure-disabled state. This correction was relayed to Delivery013.

Revenue source integration complete, SDK publication gate remains

Revenue012 completes local source integration atd079af60aa798bae700ee3eb8ace497407734707, evidence7acdc4f9617875b89078154ee77257fbaf4c6d83. Root verified12 packet pins, all61 physical and committed migration hashes,17 reviewed runtime source hashes and eight log hashes. Three historical source files retain their recorded CRLF representation with normalized SQL unchanged. The51-row historical journal remains untouched. The four pending wrapper changes match the reviewed011 proposals exactly; the unchanged47-model canonical schema and original fixtures are preserved.

The only runtime correction removes a sandbox-only shortcut before the existing exact-host Square adapter. Explicit provider activation and exact provider association, credential alias, HTTPS host, redirect and unpaid-evidence checks remain. Five new service/adapter cases use doubles. Required checks pass101 files/1007 tests, typecheck and eight recording dispatcher smoke envelopes. The initial smoke harness lackedtsx and stopped before script execution; the owner used an existing runner, preserved the failure record and made no registry/auth retry. No external provider or production business call occurred.

Final deployment source remains unset because SDK2.0.3 immutable publication and a reviewed portable lockfile are still required. Final Linux artifact verification and owner-contained cutover follow that dependency. Root does not infer deployment readiness from the new local source or repeat unchanged npm authentication. Delivery013 continues its genuine production-path correction and native proof; Sales and Platform finite preparation remain reviewed.

Delivery production-compatible source and native artifact reviewed

Delivery013 completes local preparation at runtime source c06475259f811744975bc6502294fa814c4e0e03 and documentation commit 2d45e0113d9dd7b320c9ec223162f428707fc2c6. Root verified 31 packet files, 899 Git source blobs, the byte-identical Git source archive, both current and preserved output archives, all 57 unchanged migration sources and 31 retained lifecycle evidence pins. The final native artifact loads all 50 route modules across six isolated function groups. Three groups execute the actual bundled SDK branch against mocks; removing its deferred dependency fails before exchange. No real token acquisition occurred.

Required checks passed: 1694 unit tests, eight audit tests, typecheck, smoke, lock guardrails and two native PostgreSQL proof groups of 13 cases each. The corrected boundaries qualify authoritative catalogs and distinguish actual temporary namespaces by OID. Paused fresh admissions preserve retained read, replay, settlement and resolution. Production reevaluation retains durable financial capture independently of the older closure flag. Existing histories, frozen fixtures and previous proof outcomes are preserved.

This closes local source and artifact preparation only. No production mutation or release readiness is claimed. Distinct Phase C wrapper and custody preparation is next, using the already-mounted closure issuance policy and zero Revenue calls. Production role and credential attestation, contained old-writer drain, guarded migrations, separate epoch activation, remaining owner outcomes and immutable cutover evidence remain open. SDK 2.0.3 publication and Square owner login remain external dependencies; no unchanged authentication retry was made.

October 5: distinct Phase C preparation reviewed

Delivery014 completes the separate exchange-only source, artifact and unactivated custody package. Runtime source is 6a988161980a01f97f6285689dab9b2e28ef4a64; evidence commit is 51d907533409e8707b8c7790f0f5838c384a48f6. Root verified 22 packet files, 846 Git blobs and the byte-identical source archive, all 1802 archive entries against the artifact manifest, six isolated function groups, 41 route modules, seven SDK pins and the dependency-removal denial. Accepted013's 31 file pins are preserved. Differences from the serving cleanup source are limited to proof code, build tracing and evidence, with no business behavior change.

The account usage interruption and two verification harness errors were resolved without changing the candidate or rebuilding it. Passing exact-source checks were reused: 1035 tests, eight audit tests, 39 focused tests, typecheck, smoke and 11 native database cases. Actual locked and slow reservation/completion cases prove the explicit database deadlines; late reservation or SDK completion cannot proceed to exchange. Caller custody consumes the original window even when database reservation is uncertain.

Fresh October5 read-only provider checks confirm the recorded serving deployment IDs, Delivery and Revenue environment snapshots and cron definitions, and the approved Platform public signing-key pin. The Vercel app connector required reauthentication; existing CLI authentication supplied the metadata checks. The prepared custody remains unactivated. Next is a bounded production proof with exactly one existing-policy Platform mint, zero Revenue calls, independent audit equality and restoration of the recorded Delivery baseline. This preparation does not complete ADR-0048 or activate the shared business release.

October 5: independent auditor ready and staging stopped safely

Platform018 source and evidence commit 1f65358c2be7c4e033531d3dae41c7534c77c4bd prepares the existing independent production audit collector. Root reviewed five physical/Git file pins and its explicit BEGIN READ ONLY preflight, qualified target and SELECT privilege, two-second statement and 500ms lock limits, ROLLBACK and zero proposed-request rows. The existing privileged postgres credential is confined to read-only audit collection; this is not evidence of the application's serving role. No actual issuance has been collected.

Delivery015, evidence commit 250612cffd53945ec4f4333f2416faf27cd30111, stopped after the fresh audit role passed identity/TLS checks but before any environment row, deployment, key generation, signature, proof or exchange. The runtime privilege predicate rejected PUBLIC SELECT grants on two extensions views. Root verified ten packet files, the exact fresh role OID13363468 closed to NOLOGIN/passwordNULL with intended grants revoked and zero sessions, zero original-window audit rows, unchanged baseline28environment rows/five crons/aliases/settings and retained DiAr. A separate root production BEGIN READ ONLY check independently confirms role closure and that both exact views are members of pg_stat_statements with namespace USAGE/CREATE absent. These ACL entries do not establish accessible business rows. No shared grants were changed.

Delivery016 is authorized for a local correction and new exact-source native packet only. The proposed exception must require the two exact extension-owned views, SELECT-only privileges, absent schema access and all existing escalation restrictions. Unrelated relation privileges remain rejected. The stopped015 role cannot be reopened or adopted. Fresh staging and any single Platform mint require review of the corrected package and separate bounded coordinator authority. ADR-0048 and the shared business release remain incomplete.

October 5: exact catalog correction reviewed

Delivery016 is accepted as local preparation at source403097fd9e373463c62022c18c7b7a2f841a0b16 and evidencef7905a23e38d740eab38330497160e66b183da02. Root verified all24 physical packet pins, source archive equality with Git, the two-file runtime delta and the actual compiled guard inside the pinned native archive. Passing owner evidence is reused:25 Windows and25 Linux ARM64 database cases,39 focused tests, typecheck and native isolation for1802entries/six groups/41routes/seven SDK pins/five crons. The exact exception admits only the two inaccessible SELECT-only pg_stat_statements1.11 views with canonical extension/relation ownership and PUBLIC grant provenance. All other relation ACLs and namespace/escalation privileges remain rejected. Accepted014 and stopped015 are preserved.

The proposed fresh role is delivery_phasec016, with audit target fingerprint ee1637dc5e80bf1dd34e89c68d3c51dc1826cd70bef4a433ffe2d3678e2f580f. The old role OID13363468 remains NOLOGIN/passwordNULL with zero sessions. No new custody, staging, signature, proof or exchange occurred in016. Next is separately bounded production staging with source/configuration/custody readback before a single mint may be authorized. The separate integrated business-release013 guard also contains the same catalog false positive and requires an owner correction before restricted-role cutover. No shared ACL change is authorized.

ADR0049 returned the temporarily loaned legacy Revenue and Delivery chats to their held0050 roles. Current48 owners are unchanged. Its authorized repair and later Sales UI releases changed production references; actual Sales/Revenue serving deployments must be refreshed before any shared mutation or recovery. Previously recorded targets must not be restored blindly. ADR0048 remains incomplete.

October 5: actual staging retained, readback capability resolved

Delivery017, evidence4e4ae84cb5434897e5704308d6084c435bc5fe2c, is accepted as STOPPED_CLOSED. Candidate dpl_CKJUg55vExSXGAwz3ibb3iswMf8g reached READY at reviewed source403097 with1681 physical uploaded file UIDs matching and121 contained links. It was not promoted. The project-env list response did not establish expected plaintext equality, so the owner stopped before signature, approved row, proof or exchange. Root verified11 packet files, unchanged source/native archives, closed role OID13363664/key/process, removal of eight fresh env rows, preserved6kMS production configuration and zero mint/recipient calls. The retained candidate and failed original cannot be resumed.

The missing provider readback capability is resolved by Vercel's dedicated env-ID endpoint, GET /v1/projects/{project}/env/{id}. Root independently read an unchanged encrypted AUTH_DEV_STUB row and confirmed matching ID/key/type, decrypted=true and exact expected disabled value without persisting plaintext or modifying configuration. The list endpoint with decrypt=true is not used as equality evidence. This resolves the API prerequisite, not the retired candidate's immutable values.

Delivery018 is assigned one fresh bounded custody and staging at the unchanged source/archive. The new role is delivery_phasec018, with target fingerprint a5f8b0f345c8512337d20ef3f62e614aa7c4ea5d35dab726d585dc0fb0807a44. Separately granted conditional authority permits exactly one existing-policy Platform mint only after the owner proves all actual staging/source/config/role gates, using the reviewed exclusive caller, original finite window and native crypto verifier. No failed gate, stopped custody or consumed marker may be bypassed. No Revenue call or financial mutation is authorized. The owner restores the recorded baseline and closes credentials/key/session custody, accounts for actual bearer expiry, and returns one pinned result. This combines the dependent operational handoff; it does not change the contract or business-release gates. Independent Platform audit equality remains open until the original verified result is collected. ADR0048 remains incomplete.

October 5: original Phase C independent issuance and expiry accepted

Delivery018 closes the original bounded production exchange proof at unchanged runtime source403097fd9e373463c62022c18c7b7a2f841a0b16, evidenceca57dee12157342c587d18d64160d790e46a2ee8 and packet SHA256c07626372be6e62c16129b250f5096e9431ee81aa4b0950fd59fd8514db23f25. Root verified18 physical/Git packet pins, the original safe result in three pinned containers, exact approved/reserved/completed audit rows, consumed original caller marker, actual baseline restoration and final closed custody. Candidate dpl_3vniDUD7AB1eruj1A6jGJnm2Kt5N reached READY with unchanged accepted016 source/native artifacts and exact per-ID encrypted configuration equality. No business release activation occurred.

No replacement, extension, second proof or recipient call occurred. The runtime's source-bound closed RS256 verifier supplies the signature verdict; raw JWT and Ed25519 signature bytes were not retained, so no offline signature re-verification is claimed. Reconciled counts derive from the unchanged exclusive caller, original result and exact three audit rows; unupdated initial raw custody counters are not direct observations.

Root independently collected exactly one Platform request audit row, ID1d38a8af-0fc8-4187-aa90-67cda2c548f7, and one matching service-JTI issuance within that original window. The exact policy is delivery-production-to-revenue-onboarding-closure-v1, subjectsystem:delivery,audiencerevenue,tenanttnt_sguild, single organizationorg_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000001 and ordered scopesrevenue.onboarding-closure.read and revenue.onboarding-closure.release-reservation. Request, JTI, issuedAt, expiresAt, policy, POST /api/auth/service-token/exchange, eventauth.service_token.issued and original millisecond window all match. The independent collector uses existing privileged postgres custody only in explicit BEGIN READ ONLY against qualified platform.audit_log, with2-second statement/500ms lock bounds and ROLLBACK. Default read-only is off, while actual transaction read-only is on; this proves read-only collection, not a restricted application role. At2026-10-06T00:12:49.166Z, target fingerprintb4a1065d5f470da3e9d2a3152c893b8e33b7d01d17c83d33fd4c19047e2d1594 matched. Production writes, exchanges and recipient calls from collection are zero. Original collector1f65358c2be7c4e033531d3dae41c7534c77c4bd passed request/count/claim equality but interpreted timestamp-without-time-zone in Windows local time. Root's derived helper SHA2566c92aee33915275486de7591e3ef0e154fa08badfaf42bbffdce1a33b78c4e3e sets client TZ=UTC and verifies actual column OID1114 and database timezoneUTC. It then passes the unchanged strict original-window comparison, without changing any database timestamp or owner source. The initial audit failure is preserved; no mint was repeated.

Final Delivery closure at2026-10-05T23:52:13.726Z confirms fresh roleOID13363691 NOLOGIN,passwordNULL,zero sessions and intended grants revoked, eight new env rows absent, consumed marker retained, owned key references dropped and process8464 exited. Original window and service exp+30 (23:51:54Z) have passed. Physical RAM or SDK global cache erasure is not asserted. Cron updatedAt legitimately changed on restoration; unchanged timestamp is not claimed.

This closes only the exchange and independent audit proof. The integrated business-release013 modules/onboarding-closure/database.ts retains the separately identified inaccessible extension-view ACL false positive. Delivery019 is the next local owner correction and refreshed exact-source native package, preserving013/frozen G2 and all containment, migration, credential, epoch and business acceptance gates. No diagnostic module may become a business module dependency. The live ledger still records broader Sales and Revenue closure work in progress. SDK2.0.3 publication after npm owner login, Square owner access and final contained integrated cutover remain open. Actual Sales and Revenue production references must be refreshed before any shared mutation. ADR0048 remains incomplete.

October 6: integrated guard correction and historical reference reconciled

Delivery019 is accepted as a local integrated business guard correction at runtime source 24a60ebadfb8ec57e46ccec6d44e4da977867d71 and evidence commit f475756f7e718ec91febee7502f6d76449c31cb5. Packet SHA256 is f84c76af6eb5eaecf8b7569ba4765194d5dcbeca33d655cae13db7619ed648ce. Root verified all 24 physical and committed packet files, the byte-identical Git source archive and six actual compiled guard files inside the new native archive. The runtime delta changes only the business-owned shared literal, its type declaration and the transaction guard import/use. It adds no diagnostic module dependency. Both adapter and transaction guards use the accepted narrow exception for the two inaccessible SELECT-only extension views, with exact extension version, ownership, membership and PUBLIC grant provenance. Other relation privileges, including MAINTAIN, and existing role, namespace, control, journal and epoch denials remain enforced.

Owner evidence passes 39 Windows and 39 native Linux PostgreSQL17 cases against the actual business guards, 1694 tests, eight lock audits, typecheck and smoke. The native artifact retains six isolated function groups, 50 loaded route modules, default-off closure and reevaluation responses, SDK dependency isolation and five cron definitions. All 57 migration sources are unchanged. Source archive SHA256 is ebce986e28258f0a58c851c9ac7840163cec00fcf7a8de012cb008317d67f334; native archive SHA256 is 9d5bcc8e06a559ff5f9bb966cc5f16fb3dd84e997ba74f3a69010ff2f3d2a552. Accepted013 and accepted018 packet pins remain unchanged. No fixture history, production role, grants, deployment, migration, flags, issuer, recipient, provider or financial state changed.

Delivery019 accurately records 30 of 31 historical references present at their original paths. Revenue013 recovered the remaining original artifact, docs/adr0054/producer/evidence/third-compensation-writeback-success.json, from retained Revenue Git commit 0d7ffcff0a22f7eb6822123fe858458d5f5d335a, blob 8bc3287d36c340833d66f32b7e6c2c584e843a15. Root independently retrieved that blob through Revenue's existing local Git history and verified 5831 bytes, physical SHA256 22e9831a91d9a5586c58d73f4656791f08f1436ecc0c421ea044bc9622f6ce49 and identical LF-normalized hash. Its recorded producer source is f0d303c372f91bec6fb1abdb8d75397be2144d6b. No reconstruction or new financial outcome was needed. The original worktree path remains absent and the submitted 30/31 readback remains unchanged; the existing committed blob supplies the exact retained artifact. This verifies recovery provenance without asserting that the retention commit is remotely published.

This completes the local guard correction and exact historical artifact reconciliation. It does not establish a new integrated production acceptance or change the frozen joined local proof. Dispatcher 2.0.3 immutable publication and normal portable lockfile binding remain held pending npm owner authentication. The npm configuration metadata remains unchanged from May27, so no unchanged authentication retry was made. Square owner access and isolated provider validation, owner-contained old-writer drain, restricted serving role and credentials, guarded migrations, epoch activation and immutable cutover evidence remain open. Actual Sales and Revenue production references require a fresh read before any shared mutation. The live ledger's broader Sales and Revenue closure commitments remain in progress. ADR-0048 remains incomplete.

October 6: public dispatcher publication verified

Dispatcher 2.0.3 public release clears the npm publication prerequisite. Root independently verified public metadata, latest2.0.3 and the downloaded archive against the exact reviewed SHA256 66b8382e302dbf440831341cf6341d492b4041c85fb934f29572ec7e3aac4731 and npm integrity. The reviewed archive was published without rebuild or repack; no web or Render runtime deployment occurred. Delivery integrated019 and Revenue integrated012 can now prepare ordinary public-registry portable dependency binding with final source and native-artifact evidence. Earlier npm authentication holds describe their historical checkpoints and are cleared by this publication.

ADR-0048 remains incomplete. Owner portable binding, isolated Square validation and contained integrated production cutover and business acceptance remain open. All production authority and gates are preserved. The live ledger's broader owner implementation commitments are unchanged by package publication.

October 6: both public portable SDK bindings accepted

Delivery020, runtime source 2b70214e10c0c1b6bc1336e386951c27373a12d0 and evidence a7f09eddcb82c08e9c129a8f4c217e23036a1fd7, completes the ordinary public dispatcher2.0.3 exact dependency and portable lock. Root verified31 physical and committed packet files, the dependency/overlay Git pins, unchanged migration and guard delta, and the exact source archive using its explicit LF archive mode. The stale details-correction overlay now equals the canonical event registry; no new consumer decision is introduced. All124 affected owner tests, typecheck and smoke pass. The Linux ARM64 native output preserves six isolated function groups, compiled SDK denial/default-off behavior, business guards and five crons. Root verified six compiled guard archive pins; native archive SHA256 is bcd78ca7f9b493e4c66d7428aaa8dd1cbcc0541b7e854dbee9481a791291a7a7. Accepted013/018/019 and all57 migrations remain preserved. The historical original path still reports30/31 references, while the independently recovered exact Revenue013 blob remains byte-verified separately. No historical proof was replayed.

Revenue014, runtime source 107ab1eb417500e93c4ff9b1c15501fe58469005 and evidence 1555b6f7a72a52b6627a35f46b4ab4c7a60f1e89, completes its ordinary public dispatcher2.0.3 lock and project-owned Next tracing scope. Root verified22 physical and committed manifest leaves plus the packet manifest, exact source archive using its Windows archive mode, dependency lock and all4374 pinned archive files, including hardlink representations. All99 affected owner tests, eight smoke envelopes, typecheck, build, canonical47-model import and three relocated compiled401 denials pass. The native output is Linux ARM64/Node24.13.0 framework output with163 trace manifests and no foreign or missing trace files, not target-production boot or deployment proof. Native archive SHA256 is fef7c93027f4773d753cf008625add2d1bf43fc41050dab9175c11646c08e07f. All61 migration inputs and17 reviewed runtime source pins remain exact;51 journal rows were not accessed.

The authenticated Sguild LLC Square Console is verified. Revenue prepared the exact dedicated app/fresh US seller/seven-scope Sandbox OAuth setup plan without creating resources or credentials. Root verified the plan SHA256 ae1ba5e1f6d2f1dd3b0066fc63e46167e6a04013cdf04f1b4e7d2c4ea526710a and that its cancellation adapter blob remains identical at final Revenue014 source. The plan's earlier SDK candidate is historical; final107ab1e is now accepted for local source binding. App and scoped grant creation require browser-policy action-time confirmation. Provider fixtures, webhook/receiver custody, the bounded unpaid-cancellation harness and paid-first/race coverage remain separate gates. Previously recorded private provider-proof004 artifact hashes are provenance only because their original files are absent.

These local results clear only the public SDK publication and portable source-binding prerequisites. Both owners performed no production provisioning, grants, deployment, migration, flag/epoch or real issuer/provider/financial mutation. ADR-0048 remains incomplete. Actual Sales/Revenue serving references must be refreshed before any shared mutation. Existing containment, drain, runtime credentials, guarded migration, trusted ingress, separate epoch, composed business acceptance and cutover gates remain open. Broader owner commitments in the live ledger are unchanged.
