Sales025 is ready for finite reviewer assessment, not production execution. The pinned native engine passed15 exact-body success/error/statement-timeout cases across the five pending files without BEGIN, plus per-statement budget and lock-timeout cases. Failed files roll back their DDL but retain failed journal rows; earlier successful migrations remain committed. No migration SQL correction is needed. The300s client ceiling remains an unknown-outcome stop requiring inspection, not a rollback guarantee.
The new local helper packet fixes provisioning's missing durable one-shot record and last-moment expiry check, binds the recorded role OID, checks memberships/ownership and retains failed/uncertain claims. It adds executable actual-Prisma read-only runtime acceptance for role identity/defaults, exact effective grants, definers, guard hashes, trigger definitions and closure index. Thirteen credential cases,14 negative runtime snapshots, actual local positive acceptance and a live local unwanted-grant rejection passed. Historical journals and packets are preserved.

The packet at C:/Users/jallr/Documents/Sguild/repos/sales/.cache/release025/ contains source helpers, tests, native reports, approval templates, pinned plan and a finite owner/dependency matrix. Actual provider containment and drain, original-ID producer buffering, scoped credential custody/environment transition, uploaded READY/configuration/runtime binding, current Platform policy and recipient acceptance, and authorized supported-flow activation remain open. Local metadata acceptance cannot by itself prove the deployed provider connection uses the supplied credential. Root's snapshot lists Platform016 reviewed but unactivated and017 still reviewing current policy readiness.
No production role/grant/environment/flag/DDL/deployment/fence/call was made. Root remains sole canonical publisher; this is an owner-authored local draft. No untouched broad suite or npm retry was run.
