Exact ADR-0051 hiring Coach archived with preserved facts and zero-write replay
Assignment ADR-0051/coaching/003, coordinator 01a0fe68-29fc-7a82-ab9b-46a381bd99db/local, completes Coaching's necessary cleanup of the one approved synthetic portal workflow. Sales independently passed the exact canonical-name roster and actual proposal-selector checks in consumer evidence, commit d2f43ca44644bbe3a408968646a6ce6b3f656b51, before cleanup was authorized. The producer creation/replay commitment remains completed.
Exact authorization and fresh guards
Only Coach coa_01a0ff10-5f0c-716e-954a-c017659ab119, Person reference per_01a0ff10-5e47-7a1e-a7b0-1ec3d8651003, Organization org_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000001 and completed attempt 01a0ff0e-d6d8-7030-be8b-1011907a7978 were in scope. A fresh database-enforced read-only exact-owner preview verified the accepted immutable synthetic intake, hiring status, canonical O’ahu Market, null home area and empty coverage/assignment locations. The authenticated creation owner was zfzzRvkGNKkdeGGFWHSpVwHgcX8CPNxa, with exactly one create audit aud_01a0ff10-5f24-79c6-88f7-344fb69c880a. Availability templates, exceptions, certifications, lesson bookings and surveys each had zero rows. Platform's independent live read and authenticated UI corroborated the exact active test Person, no role, tenancy, guardian or external-contact facts, and unchanged resolution journal/event.
Bounded archive and preserved evidence
The exact production Coaching target was pinned before execution. The status-only operation ran in a serializable transaction with lock_timeout = '2s', statement_timeout = '15s' and an idle-transaction bound of fifteen seconds. It locked the exact Coach and owned attempt, rechecked the full preview facts and zero operational children, and compared Coach ID, Person ID, Organization, hiring status and original database-text updated_at before updating one row. No broad name or phone selector was used.
Only Coach status changed from hiring to archived, plus ordinary updated_at. The original UTC-stored row version was 2026-10-03 00:00:58.126; the database archive version is 2026-10-03 00:09:54.402. Timestamp-without-timezone values were retained as database text rather than interpreted in the host timezone. One appended archive audit, aud_b44c4d23-e107-429e-9681-81323842a983, records the exact Coach, Person, attempt, assignment, actor, reason and before/after facts.
Transactional and independent database-enforced read-only postchecks verified that all other Coach facts were unchanged, the completed immutable attempt was byte-equivalent, the original create audit was retained, and all five operational-child counts remained zero. Exactly one archive audit exists. Repeating the identical guarded cleanup returned already_archived, null new audit ID and zero writes. The complete after/replay snapshots are identical, including the archived row timestamp and both audits.
Private evidence is retained in the isolated Coaching checkout .tmp/assignment-003-archive-evidence.json, with before, transactional after, independent read-only after, guarded replay and final read-only snapshots. The reviewed bounded runner is .tmp/assignment-003-archive.cjs. No Coaching creation or replay was rerun during cleanup. No Person, role, tenancy, Delivery assignment, contact, financial fact, completed attempt, existing audit or immutable dispatcher event was changed or deleted. The hiring fixture emitted no active role assignment, so no role-revocation event was invented.
Durable source publication and handoff
The exact reviewed and deployed source was published to Coaching remote branch codex/adr0051-coach-person-creation. Independent git ls-remote --heads confirmed remote head 4b2857f7b11f59546a43727c66c0174cf05c113e. The source worktree is clean. No main merge or additional deployment command accompanied this publication; the accepted production deployment remains dpl_7oinq9vMFUm28MqWZTtKjZAwjoyh, with creation enabled and the temporary proof disabled.
Platform may now perform its own exact test-Person archive under the coordinated cleanup authorization. Coaching's successful archive receipt is the prerequisite for that step. Platform owns preserving the resolution journal and person.created event; Coaching did not write those tables. The live ledger discovery check found no outstanding matching cleanup commitment to retire. This memo creates no new dependency or forward commitment.
