At 2026-10-03T00:06:44.781Z (October 2 Central), a direct read of Coaching's production /api/v2/coaching/roster, filtered by the exact organization and Coach, returned ok: true with Coach coa_01a0ff10-5f0c-716e-954a-c017659ab119, Person per_01a0ff10-5e47-7a1e-a7b0-1ec3d8651003, organization org_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000001, O'ahu market mkt_019e393d-919e-7188-a183-24222ff92023, and status hiring. Home area was null and covered service areas were empty.
In authenticated production https://sales.sguildswim.com/workbench, Sales opened Romil Olandez's existing Coach proposal and expanded its Coach dropdown. The live options were ADR51 Portal Proof 20261002, Amelia H, Emerson Dunham, and Malachi A. Malachi A remained selected. The existing proposal showed Ka Makana Swim Club, ZIP 96706, October 7, 2026 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM HST.
This verifies the actual Sales roster-to-Person display hydration and real proposal selector, including a hiring Coach with no availability and a test Person. The raw Coaching roster contains the Person reference, not a display name. Sales does not claim a separately captured raw authenticated Platform Person HTTP response or Sales roster HTTP response; the hydrated name was observed in the authenticated runtime UI.
