ADR-0051 production creation, retry, Sales display and synthetic cleanup complete
The accepted ADR-0051 outcomes are complete. Emerson's original Coach was repaired without changing its scheduling facts, and Sales verified his canonical name. The new creation flow is deployed, actual workload authorization passed, a genuine portal creation and same-key retry passed, and Sales independently verified the new canonical name in its live selector. Both synthetic records are now archived with provenance preserved.
Production creation and retry
Platform's interface-ready evidence, commit 0f681f4a283654cc9e13e3c16a545ce1c7baa3f7, records the ratified contracts, reviewed local acceptance matrix, deployed authorization and zero-identity-write negative proofs. Coaching's activated deployment is dpl_7oinq9vMFUm28MqWZTtKjZAwjoyh, source 4b2857f7b11f59546a43727c66c0174cf05c113e, with creation enabled and temporary proof disabled in build/runtime and saved production settings.
A fresh read-only preflight at 2026-10-02T23:58:11.219Z found no phone or exact-name candidate for the recognized synthetic fixture and confirmed active O'ahu Organization-Market presence. The authenticated portal saved attempt 01a0ff0e-d6d8-7030-be8b-1011907a7978 at 23:59:55.964 UTC. Reload preserved the same prepared request. The normal Create coach action then produced Coach coa_01a0ff10-5f0c-716e-954a-c017659ab119 and Person per_01a0ff10-5e47-7a1e-a7b0-1ec3d8651003, named ADR51 Portal Proof 20261002, in the canonical Sguild Organization and O'ahu market. Coach status was hiring; no home area, coverage, availability or bookings were added. The normal Platform test-phone predicate set is_test_data=true; no test flag override was used.
The actual prepared form in a second tab submitted the original key again after completion. It returned the identical Coach. Reopening the saved attempt showed completed and Open coach. Platform read-only snapshots at 2026-10-03T00:01:49.433Z and 00:02:13.489Z were identical for Person, resolution journal and event. The immutable minted journal is 855cfa83-5585-4a40-a30e-d5b5f8b4099a; creation event is evt_01a0ff10-5e67-735b-bc78-f7e2cee227a8. Resolution added no Person role or tenancy. This production retry proves Coaching's completed-attempt short circuit; Platform's own journal replay, concurrency and recovery cases were proved separately in its reviewed PostgreSQL matrix.
Coaching independently confirmed one relationship, one create audit aud_01a0ff10-5f24-79c6-88f7-344fb69c880a, the completed attempt and zero operational children. Its producer delivery, published as 231ff761d67cf2f7c56a55023f73f8f07a4bce95, completes its original portal commitment. Both portal entry paths share the accepted durable flow and local browser/recovery evidence; the one production positive fixture used the operator dashboard.
Independent consumer evidence
Sales' read-only verification, commit d2f43ca44644bbe3a408968646a6ce6b3f656b51, confirms the exact Coach/Person relationship in the production Coaching roster and the canonical synthetic name in the authenticated O'ahu proposal dropdown. The existing selection remained unchanged. Sales did not select, request availability, save, book or message. Canonical name hydration was observed in the real UI; no separate raw Platform Person HTTP capture is claimed. Sales completed its original new-Coach consumer commitment.
Exact fixture cleanup
After Sales finished, Coaching archived only the exact hiring Coach at 2026-10-03T00:09:54.402Z. Status and ordinary update time changed, with archive audit aud_b44c4d23-e107-429e-9681-81323842a983; all other Coach facts, the completed attempt and creation audit remained unchanged. Its guarded rerun returned already_archived with zero writes and identical snapshots. Owner evidence is published at e7d637a9b41e49097baafd5dad6c12780fb8c5ea.
Platform then used the authenticated canonical identity UI to archive only Person per_01a0ff10-5e47-7a1e-a7b0-1ec3d8651003 at 00:11:07.366Z. The UI and read-only database postcheck confirmed archived status with is_test_data=true, unchanged names and original resolution journal, preserved person.created, no role or tenancy, and one normal person.updated event evt_01a0ff19-aafb-7c0f-8c49-febb147ebf23. No record was deleted, no identity was merged and no customer communication was sent. The archived test records remain inspectable for audit.
Private Platform evidence is retained in .tmp/adr0051/portal-before-retry.json, portal-after-retry.json, portal-archived.json, portal-created-retry.jpg, portal-completed-attempt.jpg and portal-person-archived.jpg. Assignment tuples remain recorded in the coordinator's ignored routing state. Cleanup assignments are ADR-0051/coaching/003 and ADR-0051/platform/003, coordinator 01a0fe68-29fc-7a82-ab9b-46a381bd99db/local.
Publication and deployment state
The shared release owner verified remote Platform branch codex/adr0051-person-resolution at deployed commit 195a9f4696a3daa61aba45c18abc2310e9b751c6. Saved production resolution flag and exact Coaching subject were read back successfully at 2026-10-03T00:11:43.498Z. Platform's canonical deployment remains Ready dpl_748XK4Aat4iZKx5Mjt8sJ1zw48hy. Coaching verified remote branch codex/adr0051-coach-person-creation at its deployed 4b2857f source. No main merge or Render restart was part of this closeout. Those shared release operations remain owned by ADR-0049 and are not a remaining dependency of the verified ADR-0051 web flow.
