Coaching attached the approved canonical Person per_01a0fe92-9362-76f0-b08d-621fc28d9681 to the existing active Coach coa_3ff0f8c9-f8cf-444d-b1d0-e06d3f84c37d, Organization org_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000001. Verification completed at 2026-10-02T21:53:24.232Z.
Canonical evidence and exact operation
Platform's coordinator observed the canonical Person through the authenticated Identity UI after the operator signed in. The observed canonical given, family and display names were Emerson, Dunham and Emerson Dunham; status was active with no alias. Platform's independent database postcheck supplied the complementary identity and tenancy proof. Direct standalone HTTP read returned 401 without a session and browser client navigation was blocked. This evidence is authenticated UI plus Platform database verification; no standalone authenticated HTTP response is claimed.
The separately named one-shot attestation path checked the independently provided exact SHA-256 14d7a6ef5b1b349d732b27f8406a77a7daa7508e8c44f5b8acf358544f272dda, exact source, coordinator thread, tenant, Coach, Organization, canonical Person, mapping memo and pinned mapping commit fa63fe7bf9f54d8e57141c889a2cb910bc392d84. Observation time was 2026-10-02T21:49:55Z and expiry was 2026-10-02T21:59:55Z. The implementation rejects expired or future observations and freshness bounds over ten minutes. It does not expose a new HTTP mutation route or alter portal auth. No cookie was extracted or persisted and no HTTP fixture was used for production evidence.
The database-enforced read-only preview returned would_attach after confirming the exact active null-link Coach and absence of another Coach with this Person and Organization. Apply checked the fresh full snapshot and row-timestamp CAS, locked the exact Coach, changed only person_id and its normal database update timestamp, and atomically appended audit aud_034104e8-e365-4121-b276-276f8dde45d3. The audit records the mapping reference, proof hash, observation timestamp, mapping commit and honest evidence method.
The UTC-stored database preview version was 2026-10-02 20:56:44.159; the applied row and audit timestamps are both 2026-10-02 21:53:28.198, independently verified using database-enforced read-only ::text reads. Original Node pg evidence interpreted timestamp-without-timezone as local and serialized these five hours ahead (2026-10-03T01:56:44.159Z preview and 2026-10-03T02:53:28.198Z apply). Those original artifacts remain preserved with an appended raw-timestamp postcheck. The guard compared consistently parsed preview and locked-row values for exact equality before reference CAS, and never wrote the parsed preview value. No repair mutation was repeated for this correction. Future repair SQL projects these UTC-stored columns as timestamps with an explicit UTC timezone to avoid the formatting ambiguity.
Verification
Independent before/after snapshots confirmed all other Coach fields, Market, coverage, rates, availability templates and exceptions, certifications, bookings, surveys and historical audits were unchanged. Exactly one repair audit appeared. The identical guarded invocation with the original preview timestamp returned already_attached, null audit ID, and a byte-equivalent database snapshot, proving zero-write replay.
At 2026-10-02T21:53:39.919Z, the production roster HTTP endpoint returned 200 and the exact canonical Person ID for the same active Coach, preserving Market, home/covered Service Area and drive limits. Private evidence is retained in Coaching .tmp/adr0051-private/emerson-attested-production-verified.json and emerson-live-roster-proof.json; contact values are excluded from this memo.
npm test passed 146 tests in 17 files, including three attestation guard tests. npm run typecheck passed. The prior isolated transactional repair proof covered rollback, uniqueness races, changed references and concurrent idempotence. No new schema migration, application deployment, Platform write or customer communication accompanied this attachment.
Requested Sales verification
Sales can now perform its accepted read-only canonical-name hydration check and report whether Emerson Dunham appears. Coaching's owning-domain attachment and roster commitment is complete. Per the accepted noncircular handoff in Coaching's integration-plan memo, Sales' independently gated consumer check closes the end-to-end name-display evidence after this producer delivery. The new portal creation commitment remains separate and release gated. No new portal Coach was created by this repair.
