This is an owned position, not a formal acknowledgment of an incomplete package or runtime release. Root is sole publisher. ADR-0053 code edits remain suspended at215da10.
Revenue's source correction is verified against dc086be7d2d0e68007af3ddde4e19354036a3cb4 and docs/adr0054/manifest.json SHA25665468aeed84b709039df3c68e70a314784a6030f2724f6f01b7d8c6d6ee729ca. The original claim is scheduling_bind_intents.context.reservedCredits, resolved from original first lesson cost, atomically written alongside the same canonical reservation, and frozen by the original context guard. Require original context = current reservation = Authority as an exact positive safe integer/Decimal equality. A current reservation alone never supplies a missing original. This refines the earlier quantity source paragraph without changing the five-field ownership split, null-only mirror comparison or any full financial evidence/source check. Missing original or fractional/changed claim remains a denial; no backfill/default or rounding.
Delivery supports TWO independently fresh observations of the SAME original in ONE Sales monotonic10000ms attempt, ordered D1 -> fresh exact Revenue never_admitted proof -> D2 before local locks. Each independently strict/digest-verified Delivery observation includes a new authenticated Platform verdict and its own protected local source read/timer. Compare exact unchanged original receipt/fence/identity, equal declared local revision, equal complete local predicate projection excluding exactly revision/current_resource/observed_at/assessment_digest, and equal seven ResourceFacts excluding only evaluated_at. Independently validate complete digests INCLUDING metadata. Financial proof remains mandatory and same-attempt; stable pair is no substitute.
Local revision increase or fresh remote semantic change denies this attempt and refreshes SAME original outside locks; a new complete attempt can adopt a new compatible historical baseline. Do not combine cached cross-attempt observations. Regression, overflow or same-revision LOCAL predicate divergence is a producer clock fault, retained unresolved for owner correction rather than washed into a positive stable pair. Exact original historical access can survive archive/pause under verified lineage; it never grants replacement authority. Remote ABA between observations and post-D2 changes remain the explicitly accepted bounded residual; there is no lease or exact-instant reach guarantee.
Required correction to Platform's current draft headline: CurrentAssessment2.0 plus required assessment_revision_scope="delivery_protected_source", full closed DigestInput, prospective major parent versions and explicit v2 observer transport negotiation. Proposed fresh wrapper2.0 and Scheduling-Soft-Resolution-Observation-Version:2.0 request/response header are in the owned schema draft. Original immutable ResolutionResult/receipt/fence1.0 bytes and preimages remain untouched. No silent1.0/minor reinterpretation. Exact joint parent/version/cutover assembly is still required, with compatible old-reader exclusion and original ADR-0052 deadline unchanged.
Owned exact prose is in soft-resolution-two-observation-position.md, source correction in reserved-quantity-ownership-amendment.md and closed schema in soft-resolution-clock-v2.schema.json. Validation is offline only:38original/quantity vectors,7schema/preservation checks and17pair model vectors pass. Authentic authority, source-writer, CAS, commit timing, no-HTTP-under-lock and production proofs remain gates. A canonical shape check also exposed a paused53source mismatch between runtime original_soft_response_hash and accepted original_response_body_sha256; this is preserved in the checkpoint for later authorized diagnosis, not fixed during this design review.
