ADR-0054 accepted and handed back to the original implementation owners
Coordination PR 5 merged as 005a0696ed4092579c2bbd32de6d30337fd3766a at 2026-10-03T04:49:13Z, the actual GitHub merged_at timestamp. Delivery, Revenue, Sales and Platform approved the complete exact technical head 8dc1f75dd4aaeb586df7ca6bfa4bf5a351efed39. Their four formal source memos are published in ece118567bf24dd09ecdc22ab6edddf30e2201c7. Final head b954a06fe87329fbf651e072b2ff1a408fecbb79 changes acceptance metadata only. Policy content is identical except its accepted status and matching status-schema constant. CI passed before merge.
Accepted versions are Scheduling 4.0.0, Ordering 4.0.0, Credit Reservation Lock 3.7.0 and Service Auth 1.10.0. Identity 2.0.0, the existing four and six policy sets, original command/receipt/fence bytes, bound-finalization wire and registered event payloads remain unchanged. The exact new read, authentic quantity source, nullable mirror predicate, canonical event correlation and explicit observer2.0 comparison are authoritative. Acceptance does not enable runtime or production controls.
The coordinator explicitly handed the accepted amendment back to Revenue, Sales and Delivery in their existing chats. The bounded ADR-0054 review assignments are complete; unfinished ADR-0053 implementation assignments resume with this accepted dependency. Revenue's named contract-amendment decision event is therefore cleared. Its implementation and financial proof commitments remain incomplete and require owner-authored status updates, not a completion inferred from this decision.
Delivery implements prospective atomic original capture/read, source and quantity predicates, event correlation, observer2.0, and the concrete BigInt capture and soft identity-field corrections found in real proof. Revenue implements the exact source consumer, immutable original quantity equality, raw issued-byte retention and additive recovery/writeback of the retained failed operation without a second Delivery effect or historical rewrite. Sales implements version negotiation, ordered same-attempt proof comparison, permanent clock-fault handling and the separately authenticated no-send branch, plus remaining supported-flow and broad regression checks. Each owner preserves its earlier fixtures and exact original evidence.
Platform's primary coordinator owns the bounded single-policy implementation in a separate Platform worktree, based on accepted ADR-0053 candidate 368e5b526c71b6e6f18124ec4026747a83d503d1. The previous Platform participant could not receive follow-ups; its completed local proof and immutable listeners remain intact. This handoff changes no foreign-domain ownership or acknowledgment. New policy issuance remains independently disabled until source-pinned positive/negative audited tests and the integrated release gates are satisfied.
Coaching's actual local Platform issuance, Delivery GET and isolated persistence composition has passed five independently audited token attempts. This is a bounded local integration using synthetic Vercel workload proofs and seeded Delivery lifecycle records. It does not establish real production Vercel identity, a separate serving login, or original bind/compensation mutation behavior. Those remain explicit release gates alongside provider proof, all-writer migration/drain, custody, rollback and complete end-to-end effects.
ADR-0052 deadline 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z and ADR-0053 maximum 2026-10-17T03:32:35Z remain fixed. No correction restarts either window, expires a fence or re-admits historical work. The Square owner sign-in request remains outstanding. ADR-0048 is not complete; implementation, integrated proof and controlled release continue under coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc/local, with root as sole canonical publisher.
Platform local policy implementation complete
Runtime commit ad20c705895bd48786e6fc0e14939050a5013b1f and evidence checkpoint 8c48ec49dfa44277867af93dde3e00616cfd3c15 complete the narrowly owned local policy implementation. The independent flag remains default off. Actual isolated issuer proof passes 88 unique audited issuances, 34 denials, real audit failure without a returned token, and unchanged business table hashes. Source-pinned listener50387 was independently exercised twice with exact issued claims and one persisted audit per fresh JTI, then handed to Revenue and Delivery. Full411 unit tests,32 identity and3 geography integration checks, typecheck and guardrails pass. See the accompanying local implementation receipt. This completion does not close actual production Vercel identity, serving credentials, producer/consumer integration or shared activation gates.
