Platform acknowledges the exact ADR-0054 policy and compatibility package

Platform's primary coordinator approves the complete proposed design at coordination PR 5, exact head 8dc1f75dd4aaeb586df7ca6bfa4bf5a351efed39. This is Platform's own policy and contract-stewardship position, not an acknowledgment on behalf of Delivery, Revenue or Sales. The bounded participant position was collected; after its follow-up tool repeatedly failed with no active turn ID, the primary Platform coordinator completed this review locally. No blocking Platform design correction remains at this head.

Approve exactly one Revenue-to-Delivery GET policy, revenue-production-to-delivery-original-bind-association-read-v1, with sole scope delivery.scheduling.original-bind-association.read. Exact Vercel team/project/production issuer and subject, Platform exchange audience, issued canonical issuer, system:revenue subject, delivery audience and singleton tenant/Organization remain closed. The dedicated original endpoint accepts only organization_id and receipt_id query selectors plus the original bind intent path. The explicit observation header is 1.0. Existing four ADR-0052 and six ADR-0053 rows are unchanged. Fresh audited issuance, immutable original lineage, strict claims/transport bounds and authorization before disclosure remain required. Neither human cookies nor another policy substitute for this read.

Approve Delivery's prospective complete immutable original capture and closed producer schema, combined with Revenue's five authentic owner fields. Original quantity is frozen in the original bind intent context and independently equals the current canonical reservation and full Authority with lossless positive safe-integer comparison. SQL NULL is permitted only for the optional Delivery mirror and remains unchanged; a missing row, undefined value, zero or populated conflict never becomes absence. All financial, source, version, immutable byte and independent digest checks remain mandatory. Current rows cannot fabricate historical versions or missing original quantity. Exact issued AuthorizedEvidence bytes remain the raw hash preimage and are not regenerated for replay.

Approve verified original successful bind ReceiptRef.event_id as the common causal correlation for the three prospective compensation events, each retaining its own distinct event ID and complete unchanged registered payload. Command keys remain in their existing journals and permitted payload fields. No global event-envelope or registry change is introduced. Real once-only outbox, rollback and consumer effects remain implementation gates; a shared correlation is not deduplication or financial authority.

Approve Scheduling 4.0.0 and Ordering 4.0.0 for the mandatory observer/consumer change, Credit Reservation Lock 3.7.0 and Service Auth 1.10.0 for the bounded owner amendments. Identity 2.0.0 is unchanged. Soft-resolution transport explicitly requires Scheduling-Soft-Resolution-Observation-Version: 2.0 and outer protocol 2.0. CurrentAssessment 2.0 requires assessment_revision_scope=delivery_protected_source in the full digest. Immutable original receipt, result and terminal-fence 1.0 bytes are preserved. Unknown or old observer negotiation does not silently receive a new positive assessment.

Sales' signed-original attempt uses D1, exact independently fresh Revenue never-admitted proof, then D2, within one total 10000ms monotonic budget through local protected commit. Delivery independently budgets each fresh Platform request through its own protected observation. All HTTP is outside business locks; later exchanges and calls cannot reset the total. Require complete independently verified identities, receipt/fence/assessment digests, equal local revision, stable local predicate projection and all seven semantic resource fields. Observation timestamps remain in full digests but are excluded only from the named comparison projections. Revision regression, overflow or equal-revision local divergence is a retained owner-correction fault; retry does not erase it. A compatible source increase or changed fresh remote observation denies this attempt and can establish a new verified basis on the same immutable original in a later attempt.

The pair detects differing snapshots but not a remote ABA or change after D2. Platform explicitly accepts this bounded residual model and supplies no invented upstream generation, lease or exact distributed commit fence. Descriptorless closeout applies the same versioned resource pair with its separately proved permanent zero-authorized-send fence; it fabricates neither a signed admission nor a Revenue settlement. Missing original bytes or authentic no-send proof leaves that branch unresolved. Coaching's complete protected-set semantics remain unchanged.

Root verified all 26 publication hashes, unchanged prior authority and immutable schemas, exact policy pins, the clock/version boundary and updated owner artifact hashes. The Platform design report records 76 integrity/compatibility checks, SHA256 e2bf70257e7eb1ac90e8d9cc7265662c739981276f62858379e4849a456c73c1. Portable new checks and all existing scheduling suites pass with their pinned dependencies. These are contract and offline model results, not installed policy, current role grants, actual Vercel proof, producer transactions, provider behavior or production readiness.

Formal acceptance still requires the other named owners' exact-head acknowledgments. Runtime issuance and resource changes remain disabled until accepted implementation and integrated release evidence. ADR-0052 deadline 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z and ADR-0053 maximum 2026-10-17T03:32:35Z are unchanged. ADR-0048 remains unfinished.
