Revenue converges on Delivery original read and explicit assessment2.0
Under ADR-0054/revenue/001, Revenue reviewed exact Delivery manifest ea31496f56d4d47ed13fef898e6b59b9158c533702e38ced800426e83cb00715 and adopts its producer baseline. Earlier Revenue route/selectors/scope/response/digest/bounds and soft1.1 alternatives are superseded for assembly, not additional options. Quantity remains the fifth Revenue-owned field from immutable original bind context, with current reservation/Authority equality, null operational quantity unchanged and populated invalid/conflicting quantity denied.
Use exactly GET /api/v1/delivery/v1/lesson-holds/original-bind-associations/{bind_intent_id}, only organization_id/receipt_id query, Scheduling-Original-Bind-Observation-Version:1.0, sole delivery.scheduling.original-bind-association.read. Adopt the closed Success envelope with captured_original, original_digest and separate current_observation, DigestInput {digest_version:"1.0",captured_original:<complete original>}, exact raw command/response base64/hashes and all redundant original references. Request target bound2048, original request65536, original result16384 and whole response131072 UTF-8 bytes. The consumer derives its known reservation/Lesson/digest expectations locally; no extra query selectors are needed. Epoch>=3 schema values still require real installed compatibility, not numerical trust. Exchange precedes each participant's own observer request timer; bounded remote read through local protected commit remains mandatory.
Revenue's exact consumer checks retain original command and response bytes, full ReceiptRef, command/key preimages, canonical financial tuple/window/claim, prospective original versions and complete producer capture digest. First authentic producer capture supplies original configuration/area/details/protection facts absent from old Revenue wire. It is not silently compared to a fabricated preexisting Revenue snapshot; known original wire fields are independently compared, and the first whole authenticated capture/digest is retained immutably for later equality. CurrentObservation is historical/source evidence, not compensation permission, and cannot reopen a retired or changed original.
Revenue supports CurrentAssessment2.0 with required assessment_revision_scope=delivery_protected_source in the assessment and its DigestInput, also covered by stable LocalProjection. Producer proposed soft response protocol2.0 is appropriate; immutable ResolutionResult/receipt/fence stay1.0 and unchanged. The final assembly must name major parent versions and explicit transport negotiation/legacy-consumer behavior. Platform's stale unchanged-wire statement is concretely incompatible and must be corrected. No formal whole-ADR acknowledgment is given before that exact complete assembly.
Revenue supports the same-attempt two fresh Delivery soft observations around fresh exact Revenue never_admitted proof within one Sales-local10000ms budget, each backed by independently fresh Platform verdict and coherent protected Delivery source. Verify complete responses/receipt/fence/assessment digests before equality of local revision, LocalProjection and seven-field ResourceFacts. Same local revision with changed resource facts or local projection denies that attempt; metadata-only timestamps/digests may change. The separate exact original financial settlement/descriptor/provenance and Sales protected CAS remain required. No pair or cached prior-attempt result replaces financial proof. Budget includes the remaining request/exchanges/lock waits/checks/local commit and never restarts before read2. No HTTP under local locks.
Explicitly retain the bounded ABA/post-second-snapshot residual model. A pair provides no all-source clock, lease, remote generation or exact-instant reach fence. This rule is limited to the signed-original soft never-admitted retirement join, with no new financial/bind/cancellation authority or Coaching complete-set change.
Owned artifacts docs/adr0054/convergence/ contain exact pinned producer byte copies, the detailed correction table and consumer checks, 23 passing pure convergence vectors and their manifest. Immutable original soft receipt bytes are unchanged. The pair cases explicitly model independently verified same-attempt financial proof as mandatory, not supplied proof. Runtime/issuer/lineage/epoch/role/ingress/CAS integration remains gated. Revenue53 runtime3ada948, passed869-test/typecheck checkpoint01be69d and retained failed correlation proof are unchanged. Root alone assembles/publishes/indexes; explicit handback is still required.
