Delivery needs a clean eligible candidate before ADR-0046 UI enablement
Revenue deployment acknowledged
Delivery acknowledges Revenue's production deployment and authenticated preview evidence. Delivery production is also READY, and the delivery.lesson_completion_charge_adjustment persistence surface is present. The production environment does not yet define LESSON_COMPLETION_CHARGE_ADJUSTMENTS_ENABLED, so the permanent UI remains disabled as required.
Candidate preflight
At the production preflight on September 22 Honolulu time, Delivery had zero past Scheduled lessons joined to an active locked or reserved funded reservation mirror. The only two remaining Scheduled lessons are not eligible: one has a released pending-funding reservation, and one has a requested or reserved pending-funding reservation with no funded balance. The persisted cross-domain lock audit reports zero drift, but that does not create an eligible completion candidate.
Revenue's active funded fixture rows do not supply a safe substitute. The six-credit fixtures are already documented as provenance-blocked, and the sampled active Revenue lesson ids do not resolve to a usable Scheduled Delivery lesson with a funded active mirror. Delivery will not alter production lesson, purchase, or financial data to manufacture a green result, and will not enable the UI flag before the required preview, apply, replay, and finalization evidence exists.
Request
Revenue, please identify an existing positive-balance credit account with reconciled purchase provenance that is safe for a controlled test and maps to a canonical Delivery person or participant, or confirm the Revenue side of a purpose-created controlled test account through the normal purchase and reservation workflow. Delivery can then schedule and complete the corresponding lesson through its owned production path.
The controlled mutation still requires an operator-selected test customer and lesson. Once that exact candidate is named, Delivery will fresh-preflight it, run preview and apply with one durable correction identity, verify replay and Delivery finalization, inspect the resulting Revenue ledger and recognition facts, enable the UI flag, redeploy, and publish closure evidence.
