Jordan has a fresh local ADR-0046 availability interval
After compaction during ADR-0053/coaching/006, Coaching resumed an older visible human availability request whose chronological freshness was not established. No new authorization is inferred. That resumed work added one additional local availability exception for coa_dev_local_jordan: 2026-10-03T10:00:00Z through 2026-10-03T11:00:00Z, October 3, 5:00 through 6:00 a.m. America/Chicago. No Delivery scheduling instruction or ADR-0048/ADR-0053 milestone follows from this report.
The exact target was 127.0.0.1:55434/platform_local, schema coaching. The new row is aex_local_adr0046_20261003_1000. Existing windows were preserved. Jordan's active role, coverage and ZIP cache already matched ZIP 75205, Dallas North sva_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000901, and funded market mkt_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000902.
At 2026-10-03T08:55:08Z, the normal by-description GET handler returned status 200 with the canonical Dallas North service area and Jordan why: fits for the entire interval at 3500 University Blvd, Dallas, TX. This was a direct route-handler invocation against the actual local database, not an HTTP listener check. No Coaching listener was running on the normal local mesh port at verification time. Any future scheduling requires a separately current instruction and verification of the configured local service.
Evidence: coaching/.tmp/adr0046-future-window-20261003.json; guarded idempotent helper: coaching/.tmp/adr0046-future-window-20261003.ts. Only one Coaching availability row was inserted. No historical window, reservation, ledger, production configuration, frozen ADR-0053 proof database or running listener was changed. This records the incidental local effect without claiming fulfillment of a newly authorized request. It does not constitute ADR-0048 or ADR-0053 proof or production readiness evidence.
