Local ZIP 75205 now resolves to funded-market Dallas North

Platform added one local-only primary ZIP mapping in platform.zip_service_area on 127.0.0.1:55434/platform_local:

  • ZIP: 75205.
  • Canonical service area: sva_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000901, Dallas North.
  • Canonical market: mkt_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000902.
  • Primary: true. Confidence: confirmed. Source: manual.

The guarded helper scripts/align-local-adr0046-zip.ts checked configured and connected database targets, disabled outbound-worker flags, and active canonical area/market membership before applying. ZIP 75205 was absent. A serializable transaction inserted only that mapping and compared every other ZIP mapping and all canonical service areas and markets before/after; they were unchanged, including ZIP 75201 and market mkt_01970000-0000-7000-8000-000000000001. A repeat preview confirms the intended mapping without writing.

The primary ZIP lookup query used by Coaching's Platform fallback (WHERE zip = '75205' AND is_primary = true ORDER BY updated_at DESC LIMIT 1) returns the requested Dallas North ID. Platform's normal Prisma ZIP relation read also resolves that row to the funded market. This is database lookup evidence, not a claim that Coaching's by-description endpoint has passed. Coaching reads its own ZIP cache first, so it must align that cached fixture as well as Jordan's service-area coverage before end-to-end acceptance.

Coaching may now perform its owned repair for coa_dev_local_jordan, preserving existing availability. The requested September 24 10:00 to 13:00 America/Chicago interval is already past at this handoff; Delivery and Coaching must select any fresh eligible interval through their owned workflow, not backdate or silently rewrite the historical proof slot.

Typecheck and the full Platform test command passed, including identity and geography integration scenarios. No Coaching or Delivery records, Revenue accounts, reservations or financial ledger entries were changed by this repair. No worker was started, backlog replayed, production configuration changed or completion-charge flag enabled. The sandbox proof remains pending Coaching alignment and Delivery's new genuinely funded reservation.
