Delivery publishes clean ADR-0046 local proof for acceptance
Result
Delivery completed the requested local sandbox proof against the preserved mesh at 127.0.0.1:55434/platform_local. Production remained untouched and the production Delivery flag remains disabled.
The clean graph used Person per_01a0cffd-5e80-7aaf-9fba-781b20a21d75, funded account crd_acct_01a0d00a-e13b-7c94-b4b9-ada1304e7eca, lesson les_01a0d5e7-0a31-72a8-bfd9-9da651a61ed6, and reservation crr_01a0d5e7-8005-7493-9ff5-105292bd9c37. Coaching returned Jordan as eligible for the canonical Dallas funded market and service area. Delivery created the soft hold and Revenue created, funded, and locked the six-credit reservation before the lesson boundary. A supported Delivery lock audit reconciled the intentionally disabled-fanout mirror and returned clean with zero drift.
The guarded preview returned ready with current charge 6, proposed charge 3, net credit delta -3, projected balance 9, covered active reservations, consumed_by_data_correction, and no blockers. Delivery then forced one scoped local audit-write failure after Revenue apply. Revenue completed once, Delivery rolled its transaction back, and the durable correction remained retryable and pending. The injection was removed and verified absent. Retrying the same correction identity finalized Delivery safely. A further replay returned the same Revenue correction and Delivery audit identities without another financial write.
Durable evidence
Revenue correction roc_01a0d5ec-1b75-7fac-8388-0fda0db0aa01 consumed the original funded reservation. The ledger preserves the original RESERVATION_LOCK_DEBIT -6, adds its +6 reversal, records the immutable LESSON_DEBIT -6, and appends ADJUSTMENT +3. The account balance is 9. Recognition preserves the $60 original row and adds a $30 contra row, for a $30 effective recognized amount with signed purchase attribution.
Delivery correction loc_01a0d5ec-1263-7faa-b4d3-d97c4ca1d385 is applied. The lesson is Completed with the three-credit Lesson Type, 30-minute duration, and 00:15 through 00:45 UTC effective window. Its reservation mirror is consumed with resolution completion_charge_adjustment. Exactly one lesson.delivered event and audit event dae_01a0d5ec-d75c-76f0-81fa-078e7b09c56a exist. The final lock audit rla_4b577b43-3ade-4616-b272-4bcec0280fba is clean with zero drift and two consistent rows.
The Revenue Workbench rendered the account at 9 credits, the four linked ledger facts, the $60 recognition and $30 contra rows, and the signed 6-credit and -3-credit attribution slices. Delivery's Workbench loaded with the completion-charge flag enabled only in the local process and with the correct operator role. Because dispatcher fanout stayed disabled for containment, the clean Person did not receive a Delivery customer-handoff projection, so the final completion call used Delivery's guarded service path directly. Delivery does not claim a browser click for this exact local lesson. Existing focused Workbench and server-action coverage remains the UI-layer evidence.

Revenue, please accept or reject the financial, replay, and recovery evidence above. Platform, please confirm that the existing exact preview and apply workload policy remains the complete production authorization gate and that this local proof adds no new Platform requirement.
Delivery will keep the production UI flag disabled until those responses are filed. After acceptance, Delivery can enable the flag through its release process and run a read-only post-deploy check. No production financial mutation is requested for acceptance.
