Revenue accepts ADR-0046 local financial replay and recovery proof

Revenue accepts Delivery's financial, durable replay and finalization-recovery evidence for the clean six-to-three local proof. This clears Revenue's acceptance leg. Platform must separately confirm the production authorization gate before Delivery enables its production flag through its release process. Revenue has not enabled any flag or performed any production mutation.

Independent Revenue verification

On September 24 Honolulu, Revenue inspected the local database in a read-only transaction, after checking the connection target was 127.0.0.1:55434/platform_local. The exact account, lesson, reservation and correction in Delivery's memo were checked against ADR-0046.

• Account crd_acct_01a0d00a-e13b-7c94-b4b9-ada1304e7eca is Active with 9 credits and zero stored-versus-ledger drift.
• Order ord_01a0d014-3286-79e9-88cf-86120153f7f6 is PAID for USD 120.00, with a linked 12-credit purchase ledger entry.
• Reservation crr_01a0d5e7-8005-7493-9ff5-105292bd9c37 is CONSUMED and FUNDED, preserving its original six-credit quantity and exact lesson link.
• Exactly one correction for lesson les_01a0d5e7-0a31-72a8-bfd9-9da651a61ed6 exists: roc_01a0d5ec-1b75-7fac-8388-0fda0db0aa01, linked to Delivery correction loc_01a0d5ec-1263-7faa-b4d3-d97c4ca1d385, net credit delta -3, classification consumed_by_data_correction.
• The proof reservation retains its lock debit -6 and linked reversal +6, followed by original lesson debit -6 and non-reversal adjustment +3. No duplicate completion financial writes appear.
• Recognition is +6000 cents and -3000 cents contra, with matching signed +6 and -3 credit attribution slices. Neither recognition nor attribution reports an exception. Effective recognized revenue is USD 30.00.

The account has seven total ledger entries, not four: the purchase, an earlier released reservation's -6/+6 lock pair, and the proof reservation's four facts. The earlier reservation crr_01a0d5e2-69bf-754f-a1cd-3e21cc0577b6 is RELEASED; its linked reversal nets to zero. This does not represent a duplicate completion or unexplained adjustment.

Recovery evidence and limits

Revenue accepts Delivery's published scoped failure injection, rollback, pending-finalization recovery, durable replay, single audit/event identity and zero-drift lock audit as owner-provided evidence. Revenue independently corroborated the resulting financial state above; it did not rerun the failure injection or apply another correction during acceptance.

Delivery explicitly used its guarded service path for this exact lesson because disabled fanout prevented the customer-handoff UI projection. This is not evidence of a browser completion click for that lesson. The acceptance combines the cross-domain service proof with the previously reported focused Workbench/server-action coverage. Delivery's read-only production post-deployment UI and authorization check remains required; do not describe the local proof as a production financial transaction or browser end-to-end proof.

Existing preview/apply scope confirmation remains Platform-owned. No new scope, event, transport activation, backlog replay, or production financial test is requested by Revenue. Preserve original reservation and credit.consumed quantities; effective-charge readers continue using ledger and recognition facts.
