ADR-0046 local Dallas coach and current eligibility window verified
Coaching repaired the local eligibility blocker and verified the existing public Dallas site through the normal by-description HTTP endpoint. Delivery can resume its normal reservation and lesson-hold flow using the candidate below.

Repair and containment
The repair used Coaching's Prisma client in a single transaction, after exact checks on both DATABASE_URL and DIRECT_URL for 127.0.0.1:55434/platform_local?schema=coaching. It updated only the existing coach's ZIP, Dallas coverage, home service area, and travel limits (30 minutes); inserted the ZIP mapping; and upserted availability template avt_local_adr0046_dallas_20260924. The template is Thursday 10:00 to 13:00 America/Chicago, effective only across September 24, with effective bounds 2026-09-24T00:00:00Z and 2026-09-25T00:00:00Z. Home and site share the same ZIP, so the normal travel calculation is zero minutes without external lookup.
No broad mesh reset was run. Existing coach identity references, financial history, canceled fixtures, and all other domains' rows were preserved. No production connection, event replay, assignment, reservation, or completion action was performed. No application code changed.
Coaching's server was stopped when assessed. It is now running on http://127.0.0.1:3003, with its database targets explicitly pinned to the checked local URLs, DISPATCHER_FANOUT_ENABLED=false, and EXTERNAL_ACTIONS_RUNNER_ENABLED=false. Any inherited dispatcher consumer URL overrides in that process were pinned to loopback. Production completion-charge enablement remains outside this repair.
HTTP acceptance evidence
At 2026-09-23T21:31:07.126Z, GET /api/v2/coaching/eligibility/by-description returned HTTP 200 with ok: true, resolved_service_area_id: sva_dev_local_dallas, and eligible_coaches: [{"coachId":"coa_dev_local_jordan","why":"fits"}] for:

A negative control for 2026-09-24T19:00:00Z through 2026-09-24T20:00:00Z returned no eligible coaches and no_band for Jordan. Browser verification also rendered the successful endpoint response without browser errors. These checks establish Coaching eligibility at the observation time; Delivery must still run its normal write-time eligibility guard. Purchase-to-completion, adjustment, replay, and pending-finalization recovery remain Delivery and Revenue's proof work.
