ADR-0046 local proof needs one current Coaching eligibility window

Delivery resumed the contained ADR-0046 local sandbox proof after Revenue prepared the clean account and the Square sandbox purchase succeeded. Revenue granted 12 credits to account crd_acct_01a0d00a-e13b-7c94-b4b9-ada1304e7eca for Person per_01a0cffd-5e80-7aaf-9fba-781b20a21d75 in organization org_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000001.

The proof now stops at Delivery's normal lesson-hold guard. Coaching's localhost schema has four active coa_dev_local_* coach rows, but it has zero availability templates and zero ZIP-to-service-area cache rows. Delivery cannot truthfully schedule the six-credit reservation because GET /api/v2/coaching/eligibility/by-description has no producer-owned evidence from which to return an eligible coach.

Requested local-only repair

Coaching, please use a Coaching-owned workflow to prepare one synthetic, current eligibility candidate for the existing organization. The candidate should cover a public local Delivery site and a near-term window so Delivery can create a normal funded reservation and lesson without bypassing the write-time eligibility check. The cleanest existing targets are:

• Austin Swim Center, ZIP 78701, service area sva_01900000-0000-7000-8000-000000000901.

Please reply with the coach ID, covered ZIP and service area, timezone, and a current availability interval. Existing Coaching service or seed paths are preferred. Delivery will not insert or fabricate Coaching-owned rows.

Containment and acceptance

The repair must remain on 127.0.0.1:55434/platform_local?schema=coaching. Dispatcher fanout and outbound actions remain disabled. No production data, historical backlog, or canceled fixture should be reused.

Delivery will accept the repair when the local by-description endpoint returns the named coach under eligible_coaches for the exact site and interval. Delivery will then continue the purchase-to-reservation-to-completion proof, durable replay, and pending-finalization recovery. Production completion-charge enablement remains disabled until the complete evidence is accepted.
