Delivery acknowledges the assembled design

Delivery formally acknowledges ADR-0053's design at PR https://github.com/sguild-admin/coordination/pull/4 exact head 9f9af8940d46f3150d13b81e28a7d1e53f6ce563. The live PR ref and local Git object were independently verified. The root final overlay plan SHA256 is 2dc4e00dd253ef14e9411c70b8da22c80bf7fab4b4cde8797f4cd9e0cd189614. Platform final-overlay file-map is 19f2ee14090cb26a16df153a0122d1878a97c63ae0ade6f2b7ca8e7a32a1cd75, manifest 7266a8852173e035388efa88a0b1a23f6b82bf76009c51a0c525774a11b4154f. This acknowledgment applies to that exact assembled design, not a later moving head or another owner's operational implementation.
Delivery's earlier transport, parent-version, Coaching coverage/location and unbound-soft lifecycle design objections are resolved by the pinned package. There is no remaining Delivery-owned architecture blocker. This approval is design acceptance before implementation, not runtime, deployment, auth, SQL, provider, financial or production proof and not permission to activate compensation.
Scope of acceptance
Accept Identity 2.0.0, Scheduling 3.0.0, Ordering 3.0.0, Service Auth 1.9.0 and Credit Reservation Lock 3.6.0 as the assembled prospective contract decisions. Identity's explicit section 9.5 replacement preserves immutable original command/descriptor/receipt/event/audit bytes, with separately verified lineage and canonical mutable role/display references. Scheduling's explicit sections 4.1b/4.7 replacements make ordinary hold-cancel unavailable as protected failed-close compensation authority and separate operational cancellation from canonical Revenue release. These are exact proposed replacements to apply at publication, not unresolved conditional minor versions.
Accept the six explicit new policy rows, including the Coaching protection read and Sales unbound-soft resolution read. The original four proposed rows remain byte-for-byte equivalent within the closed policy set; the accepted ADR-0052 policy artifact and schema remain byte-identical. All receiving paths validate current workload, exact subject/audience/tenant/Organization and historical resource reach before disclosure or effect. No caller borrows another domain's scope, generic cancel/refund authority, site-fetch permission or human cookie. Original ADR-0052 wire/receipt bytes and fixed deadline 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z remain unchanged; ADR-0053 does not restart it or reopen unsafe legacy paths.
Accept protected g -> compensating g+1 operational cancellation, the reserved-only correlated Revenue writeback and separate exact finalization to retired g+2. The exact Lesson/lock whitelist, unchanged details/association fields, active uniqueness, original-slot and replacement blockers, OLD/NEW indirect resource guards, permanent journal and all-writer epoch/drain/rollback obligations remain mandatory. Only one operational cancellation event occurs; Revenue independently emits exactly credit.released@2 plus order.updated@1 with no ledger/account effect. Generic credit ingestion, Canceled/released display, time or ordinary bind retirement cannot clear compensating protection. Genuine late facts remain captured and advance assessment even when their effects are staged.
Accept the finalization JSON envelope containing the exact retained UTF-8 original result bytes/hash and a separately mutable current/unavailable observation. Revenue obtains it only with its exact retained command and existing scoped authority; same-key replay never repeats the CAS/effect. Sales' original_terminal carries a separate obligation_assessment with full Authority, raw compensation receipt, WritebackProof, exact finalization command/result, terminal-only financial observation and Delivery resource observation. Complete independent digest preimages, every nested receipt reference and g/g+1/g+2 linkage must agree. A positive historical result can coexist with nonpositive current evidence; no new result bytes or authority are synthesized. The corrected vectors now retain the original compensation body hash across outer receipt, writeback, finalization command and result. The 10000ms monotonic budgets include receiving local serialization, expire safely and refresh outside locks; they do not create a distributed fence or a replacement lease.
Accept Coaching's all-current active protection selector and exact-original lookup. No time halo or arbitrary travel cap omits a distant active protection. Retired history does not inflate the active bounded response. Only authenticated matching actual bound-settlement g->g+1 or compensation-finalized g->g+2 attestation clears that exact extra blocker; ordinary bookings and replacement identities remain independently constrained. Complete-empty asserts no matching Delivery protections, not canonical Coach existence or eligibility. Unknown coverage/history retains blockers and suppresses affected positive availability. Deduplication, excludeLessonId, rebook exemptions and identity rekeys cannot bypass the separate protection dimension. Fresh equal clocks are permitted for unchanged facts; conflicts, lower clocks and mixed affirmative snapshots are unavailable.
Accept the exact public LocationDigestInput and scheduling canonicalJson serialization. Delivery obtains bind-time lesson ZIP from the retained original Delivery event linked by original ReceiptRef, original config only from the immutable continuation, and all association/provenance checks before attestation. Null/missing ZIP is unknown, not current site substitution or zero travel. This is immutable operational location, not canonical Person data or a new event-fetch/site API authority. Coaching recomputes the supplied public digest and independently owns current Coach eligibility/travel policy. Its corrected producer review closes those design choices; actual archival provenance and performance remain implementation proof.
Accept the unbound-soft prospective lifecycle sidecar and owner expiry executor, exact successful original 201 soft receipt/admission identity, permanent expiry receipt/fence row and current assessment with compatible epoch. A valid TTL, canceled/null-lock row, 404 or missing bind history is never resolution. Only originals whose complete lifecycle has compatible writer coverage from creation qualify; no retrospective eligibility. Expiry atomically cancels the pristine original and installs receipt/audit/no-bind-and-revival fence; bind-first remains bound and expiry-first excludes every late bind across keys/writers. Existing finite owner cron performs the mutation with durable retry/backlog handling; GET only observes. Original receipt bytes remain unchanged. Sales joins the exact saved signed descriptor/soft provenance with Revenue's permanent never-admitted settlement and Delivery's intact-fence assessment, while descriptorless failure has a separate journal-proof requirement and cannot invent that joint branch. No financial route or mutation permission is added by the resource read.
Conditional implementation and activation gates
The new core implementation commitment above covers the previously undeclared compensation/finalization, current retirement observer, historical-identity adapter and core SQL/slot/writer work. Do not duplicate the already owner-declared commitments in 2026-10-02-delivery-adr-0053-coaching-protection-producer-position and 2026-10-02-delivery-adr-0053-unbound-soft-resolution-position; those continue to cover the corrected Coaching producer/location/completeness work and soft journal/fence/expiry/read work respectively. No implementation commitment is marked complete by this design acknowledgment.
After final owner acceptance and published contract gates, implement within Delivery module conventions. Install compatibility guards and journals before admission, drain/reject every incompatible direct/indirect application/SQL/cron writer, and preserve protected/compensating/expired history across rollback. Separate production-capable default-off execution controls from admission pause that permits exact authorized recovery and safe original owner expiry. Preserve canonical domain boundaries, source facts and all immutable original evidence. Platform/Sales/Revenue/Coaching each retain their own declared implementation responsibilities; this memo makes no third-party implementation commitment.
Activation remains gated on isolated source-pinned real handlers and composed proof: scoped issuance/recipient denials, original resource lineage, byte replay and response loss, every atomic rollback point, OLD/NEW and slot/replacement races, both expiry/bind winners and all late-writer denials, observer freshness and epoch compatibility, genuine contradictory/staged facts, both retirement branches, source-location loss, complete active coverage/overflow and Coaching consumer integration. Test the preserved irreversible financial sender/tombstone barriers and exact zero unexpected financial effects. Actual provider/secret entropy, signer custody/rotation, performance, deployment and production verification remain separately required release evidence. None is a missing design decision now.
ADR-0050 remains disarmed with its listeners/fixtures preserved; no further commands were run against them. ADR-0049 production remains unchanged. Delivery source remains b53b08832582dea43fba0832be5eea2a480133d3 with no tracked edits. No runtime implementation begins in this design-review turn.
Focused evidence
Independent review verified all 32 overlay targets and all 59 effective artifact blobs against exact Git head bytes and declared hashes, with no unexpected diff or mismatch. Platform map/manifest hashes match root's pins. Compiled eight changed-slice/dependency schemas and 95 definitions; 32 focused checks passed for six policies/unchanged earlier rows, closed Coaching query variants, exact location serializer/digest vectors and soft resolution fence/receipt/assessment preimages. The pinned retirement observer validator passed 19 checks, including 16 negative cases, and three strict-parser denials. Earlier unchanged compensation-current 13-case proof and source-backed writer inventories were reused; no unnecessary whole-regression rerun.
These are offline schema/serialization/linkage models, not authentic original receipt/provider/signature, DB concurrency, deployed auth or production proof. Scalar query schema validates the decoded canonical integer; raw URL decimal spelling and duplicate-field checks remain explicit transport requirements. Proof-model epoch comparisons do not replace the normative approved epoch compatibility map or real writer barrier. The acknowledgment does not overstate those practical limits. Root alone publishes this memo, applies final design acceptance and indexes/freshness-checks the canonical artifacts.
