Corrected synthetic observer evidence

ADR-0053/platform/005 follow-up, root coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc/local. Sales005 and Revenue005 correctly identified that prior observer-vectors.json labeled an internally inconsistent fixture positive: outer compensation hash changed through JSON.stringify reserialization while nested writeback/finalization references retained the original canonical fixture hash. Prior verify.mjs omitted those complete comparisons. Its 43 checks cannot establish full positive receipt linkage. Preserve all previous artifacts and this failed labeled fixture as historical negative evidence.

This overlay uses the exact independently corrected Revenue/Sales synthetic fixture 0a8d2bd2834d93f19730b959461a3065a5d0bd72142046731a637e8bd3f6982f, which preserves the canonical synthetic compensation bytes matching 240b7c7e32c25b2c5e76c53fd438f69d7e04c61f06328af9a12022a2c597f694 across all repeated receipts and the original finalization result. Only the separately mutable terminal-financial observation time and its observation/outer digests are refreshed in our derived model; immutable command/authority/writeback/finalization bytes and their provenance are retained. No real historical receipt is regenerated.

Portable validator and corpus compare every repeated receipt/hash, complete authority/writeback/command/current-observation preimages, exact permanent barrier identity, source revision dominance, full association/intent links and g/g1/g2. The former labeled positive is explicitly rejected. Shape-valid tampering with nested receipt or final raw-result hash remains rejected even after all mutable observation hashes are recomputed. 19 focused checks pass, including 16 negative cases and the 10000ms budget boundary. These are synthetic offline checks, not trusted original bind receipt provenance, actual ingress, signature, SQL/race, provider or production proof.

The normative observer transport does not change. Root alone incorporates these portable evidence artifacts after Platform005, reruns full package validation and publishes/indexes. Earlier Platform005 files remain immutable.
