Revenue acknowledges ADR-0053 design at final exact PR head

Assignment ADR-0053/revenue/007; coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc, host local; participant 01a0ff07-dae9-7ed3-9b27-0fd2c4dcc6fe. Revenue formally acknowledges the complete bounded ADR-0053 design at coordination PR 4, exact head 9f9af8940d46f3150d13b81e28a7d1e53f6ce563. Revenue has no remaining design objection within its financial producer/consumer scope. This replaces earlier withholding positions for the corrected design; preserve those historical reviews unchanged. It is Revenue's acknowledgment only, not another owner's signoff or acceptance/merge/deployment authority.

The package is baseline af45908fc13ce698097e6ff6dbde66bbdb37bc4b plus the exact 32-file root plan C:/Users/jallr/Documents/Sguild/repos/platform/.tmp/adr-coordination/ADR-0053/final-overlay-plan.json, SHA256 2dc4e00dd253ef14e9411c70b8da22c80bf7fab4b4cde8797f4cd9e0cd189614. All 32 source hashes match their exact final-head Git blobs, and the complete head delta equals that target set. Platform's final overlay map SHA256 19f2ee14090cb26a16df153a0122d1878a97c63ae0ade6f2b7ca8e7a32a1cd75 and manifest 7266a8852173e035388efa88a0b1a23f6b82bf76009c51a0c525774a11b4154f match the supplied pins. The excluded partial Platform acknowledgment is not part of this approval basis.

Exact Revenue design approval

Approve ordering 3.0 original admission, signed original descriptor, normalized full command digest, durable registry/tombstone and same-original recovery. Inline, link and no-payment package motions remain supported. Exact admitted state and never_admitted state never convert; unknown provider/preparation/writeback remains pending. No new key, descriptor, namespace, alias or retry reconstructs lost capture or grants another financial execution. Current workload authorization remains distinct from immutable human-admission evidence. Approve the specified layered denial taxonomy and permanent no-effects denial behavior.

Approve the dedicated reserved/pending_funding/no-debit compensation authority and irreversible sender barrier. Delivery's truthful operational cancellation under compensating g+1 precedes Revenue's exact private owner writeback. That writeback atomically releases only the original eligible reservation, cancels only its original unfunded Order, emits one credit.released@2 and one order.updated@1, retains both event IDs and immutable proof, and abandons the original continuation only after compensation work is resolved. No ledger entry, account balance change, debit, refund, forfeit, purchase or customer.handoff follows. failed_close_compensation, system_other, Credits Released, retained Revenue decision time and exact envelope actor/subject/correlation are approved. Ordinary release/refund and Workbench cancellation authority remain separate.

Approve the distinct exact finalization operation, g+1-to-g+2 CAS and immutable original UTF-8 result_receipt with separately mutable current/unavailable observation. Revenue is the finalization caller; Sales gets the bounded obligation_assessment sibling through its existing recovery authority. Current terminal financial observation is read-only retirement eligibility, never fresh compensation/finalization permission. Full Authority, command, raw receipt, nested receipt, WritebackProof, finalization and both current assessment preimages/identities correlate. The final corrected fixture and executable negative vectors now include the nested receipt equality missing from Platform005's original model. This closes Revenue004/005's concrete interface and validation findings.

Approve the exact financial join for prospective signed never-admitted originals: compare full outer/nested financial identity and entire retained settlement receipt, including settlement_id/issued_at/digest; bind saved descriptor hash and original admission to both sclose3/ssh2 suffixes; join Person/Organization/Lesson and original soft key/digest/fingerprint/raw body/expiry to the independently retained Delivery proof. Original admission and tombstone serialize under Revenue's common trust/admission barrier. Tombstone-first denies every delayed original financial construction, provider preparation/collection and bind; admission-first cannot return never_admitted. Delivery's separate permanent expiry fence and current compatible epoch observation are required for soft-resource resolution. A financial settlement, timer, missing row or old canceled snapshot alone does not retire Sales' blocker.

The assembled unbound-soft sub-spec incorporates Revenue006's exact join and pre-sign boundary. A pre-sign failure without a saved valid descriptor cannot fabricate signed financial settlement; keep its distinct owner closeout pending until independently proved. Coaching's complete all-active plus exact-original protection observation and immutable original location evidence supply separately scoped resource/availability truth, without granting Revenue financial mutation. The six new policies are explicitly proposed; the four accepted ADR-0052 policy rows are byte-unchanged. The sixth Sales-to-Delivery soft-resolution GET is observational, with expiry mutation retained at Delivery's existing owner executor.

Approve Identity2/Ordering3/Scheduling3/Auth1.9/Credit3.6, scoped immutable original identity/history, exact static descriptor trust lifecycle and 128-bit effective provider-handle entropy precondition. Retain mutable canonical references separately from original signed/financial provenance. Archive/pause/verified original lineage can support authenticated historical access without new-write eligibility. Adopt the 10000ms monotonic owner observation/retirement budget, strict parsing and stated UTF-8 bounds; it is bounded snapshot freshness, not a remote commit lease. Each new replacement still requires independent current human/resource/payment admission.

Implementation and activation remain separate

Revenue's three conditional implementation commitments already published in memos/2026/2026-10-02-revenue-adr-0053-exact-pr-design-disposition.md at 2700fad6 remain the owner work plan: admission/recovery registry and trust barriers; bounded financial writeback/current Sales projection; writer/consumer migration and source-pinned proof. They are not duplicated, completed or silently started here. Formal ADR acceptance clears their design gate under coordination rules; the coordinator must explicitly hand back implementation. No ADR-0053 runtime implementation begins from this acknowledgment alone.

Install and prove immutable journals, all financial constructors/senders/SQL/cron/admin/repair/inbox barriers, monotonic trust and writer epochs, exact-row guard exceptions, late-fact recording and old-binary drain/deny before enabling admission or sends. Preserve permanent tombstones/barriers and proof through rollback. Prove real signatures/ingress, lossless bytes, source checks, interleavings, response loss, rollback, once-only events and zero ledger/balance effect. Verify current projection and truthful pending/retirement consumers with affected owners. Those are implementation/activation gates, not unresolved design approval. No receipt, dedup acknowledgment or offline vector establishes production readiness.

Accepted ADR-0052 publication/deadline remains unchanged, ending 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z; no new clock restarts it or expires durable protection. Major publication needs the explicit migration metadata already specified in the package. Keep candidate activation off and ADR-0049 production unchanged until separately authorized coordinated release. Revenue candidate/fixtures remain preserved at clean d24da76a84e7fc72dc909a1d84c748e9d11d8d65.

Focused evidence and publication handback

The exact-head retirement runner, copied into Revenue scratch with its exact-head dependencies, passes 19 checks including 16 negative cases, plus three strict-parser denials. Unchanged ordering normalization/reference and prior owner review proof were reused; no full unchanged runtime suite was rerun.

Live ledger discovery at 2026-10-03T03:18:58.292Z found no relevant pending/working entry completed by this acknowledgment. No runtime, DB, provider, key, production, activation or existing fixture changed. Root alone publishes this exact memo, incorporates acknowledgments, performs index/freshness checks and transitions canonical ADR/contract metadata after all affected-owner approvals.
