ADR-0053 accepted with five owner acknowledgments and implementation gates
Coordination PR #4 merged as df75605d32c82f91785d3e788814c0b519f72c8b at 2026-10-03T03:32:35Z. This is the actual GitHub merged_at publication timestamp. The merged head is 8359420eb10fe558affcacbfa0e9a18961220d38; the exact technical design acknowledged by all five owners is 9f9af8940d46f3150d13b81e28a7d1e53f6ce563.
The intervening changes promote acceptance/status/version references, include the exact five owner memo bytes, and update the existing scheduling validator's parent-version assertion from service-auth 1.8.0 to the accepted 1.9.0. Policy scope, wire/schema/digest semantics, examples and runtime controls are unchanged. The validator retained all 188 vectors and eight boundary probes, which passed locally. Both final CI invariant jobs passed, as did the PR's remaining checks. The initial acceptance CI failure was the old parent-version assertion and was corrected before merge, without removing its policy or denial checks.
Accepted authority and owner positions
The authoritative versions are Identity 2.0.0, Sales Ordering 3.0.0, Sales Scheduling 3.0.0, Service Auth 1.9.0 and Credit Reservation Lock 3.6.0. The six new policies cover exact resource verification, original close recovery, compensation/finalization, compensation evidence, Coaching protection observation and original unbound-soft resolution. Existing ADR-0052 policies remain unchanged. Exact schemas, canonical digest preimages and immutable history requirements are in the accepted contract package.
The complete design acknowledgments are:
Each names the same reviewed design head and declares acknowledges: [ADR-0053]. Earlier partial Platform005 approval was excluded from acceptance. Existing owner-authored conditional implementation commitments remain the work inventory; this publication does not duplicate them or mark implementation complete.
Compatibility and implementation handoff
The publication-relative maximum two-week migration window for newly accepted major versions ends 2026-10-17T03:32:35Z. It cannot extend ADR-0052's already fixed deadline 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z or reopen an unsafe legacy path. Flows depending on both must satisfy the earlier deadline. Neither date expires original receipts, permanent settlement or resource-protection fences. Owners must inventory affected consumers and all ordinary, administrative, replay and obsolete writers before activation.
Coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc, host local, retains routing and publication ownership. Existing domain chats receive bounded implementation assignments in their own repositories and isolated worktrees. They must integrate accepted ADR-0052 prerequisites and reviewed ADR-0050 closure changes where required, preserve source-pinned earlier evidence and fixtures, and return committed candidates with positive, negative, persistence, race and recovery proofs. Supported Sales product flows remain requirements, including inline/link payment and existing scheduling/rebooking motions.
Production controls remain off for these new paths until compatible producer and consumer code, actual workload authorization, source and writer guards, role/credential separation, provider and continuation drain, migration/rollback evidence and composed flow proofs pass. The earlier four-case local closure rehearsal and offline contract vectors do not establish live financial execution. The real Square Sandbox proof still awaits the existing webhook ownership decision. Actual serving database roles remain unverified where Vercel withheld sensitive connection values; direct inspection accounts are not substitutes.
The migration rehearsal and provenance disposition records the separate local schema proofs and bounded historical checksum acceptance. ADR-0048 is not complete merely because this design dependency is accepted. Final closure requires its remaining named implementation and production evidence, followed by the source-memo commitment updates and fresh live ledger verification.
