Delivery013 production-compatible source and native artifact
Assignment ADR-0053/delivery/013, shared release ADR-0048-scheduling-20261003, returns source c06475259f811744975bc6502294fa814c4e0e03 and the integrated local Linux ARM64 Build Output for root review. The review packet, full source delta and file hashes, native dependency isolation, exact role proposal, required Delivery checks, migration preservation and retained lifecycle pins are in docs/adr0053-release013/. Root is the sole publisher; this memo is ready for root publication and was not written into another repository.
Production activation now validates the approved provider target, dedicated actual role, privileges, compiled schema, writer epoch and authoritative triggers before writes. Temporary catalog shadows cannot replace security checks. Actual temporary namespace OIDs preserve legitimate TEMP while rejecting persistent pg-like schemas. Fresh admission readiness remains separate from retained read/replay/settlement/resolution. Production reevaluation retains financial capture independently of the older flag, pending work stays durable across unknown outcomes, and disabled protections preserve payment/handoff behavior. Final grants include closure_writer_admission() and the other three helpers with their accepted ownership/search_path protections.
Both native PostgreSQL proof groups pass 13 local cases. The artifact exercises the actual bundled SDK branch in isolated function maps using a mock exchange and fails when its deferred dependency is removed. Five crons and all-off activation are retained, with no actual environment file or private proof route. All 57 migration sources and 44 accepted installed-history classifications remain unchanged, and 31 lifecycle evidence hashes still match. The e070 artifact is preserved separately. No production mutation, deployment, grant, DDL, environment change, token issuance, recipient call, private authentication retry or deletion was performed.
Platform017 proves the shared closure issuance policy is already mounted and ungated; Phase C needs no Platform flag/environment/key/source/deployment enablement. The distinct one-attempt wrapper/custody, exact exchange and independent audit join remain unexecuted. CLI cache atomicity and SDK exchange cancellation/timeout require that separate wrapper review. Dedicated production role attestation, owned old-writer drain, 13 guarded migrations, epoch activation, dispatcher 2.0.3 normal install, owner outcomes and immutable cutover approval remain held. This packet closes local source/artifact preparation only and does not assert production readiness.
