Runtime source 24a60ebadfb8ec57e46ccec6d44e4da977867d71 corrects both the adapter and transaction business catalog guards using the accepted exact inaccessible extension-view exception. The literal is business-owned, with no diagnostic proof import. All other denials and operational semantics are preserved; all 57 migration sources are unchanged.

The local packet includes 39 Windows and 39 native Linux actual PG17 cases, passing test/typecheck/smoke gates, and an integrated native artifact with physical manifest and function-map isolation evidence.
