Delivery015 privilege preflight stop and custody closure
The authorized staging/custody preflight stopped before environment creation or deployment. Actual fresh login delivery_phasec014 (OID13363468) passed TLS/current/session identity and legitimate reverse creator-admin checks, but the accepted runtime predicate rejected PUBLIC SELECT privileges on extensions.pg_stat_statements and extensions.pg_stat_statements_info. Both have schema USAGE=false for this role. These are extension view catalog privileges, not evidence of business-row access. No global grants or accepted source were changed.
The owner closed the exact new session and retired only this new role to NOLOGIN/passwordNULL with its intended grants revoked. Independent readback verifies zero sessions, no Delivery USAGE/audit grants, unchanged creator tuple, unchanged28env/aliases/settings/five provider crons/production target6kMS and retainedDiAr, canonical PhaseC route404 and zero audit rows for the proposed window. Process17332 exited. Key generation was never reached. Nbf/exp/signature remain null; acquisition/exchange/recipient counts are zero.
The source6a988 and native archive3592e4e83a4aad02b18becd72f231008dcd43934f4a82f247d10e33ace4cf903 remain pinned. Accepted013, G2 and all009/011 outcomes are preserved. The Delivery015 packet contains exact readbacks and prepared staging/cleanup scripts; its staging path was not executed or provider-verified. Root remains sole publisher, and no coordination artifacts were edited.
Coordinator disposition is required for the accepted predicate discrepancy and a subsequent fresh-role identity. The retired role cannot be adopted, reactivated or automatically recreated under015. No staging/signature/mint gate is cleared by this result.
