Platform acknowledges the complete ADR-0053 design at the final exact PR head
Assignment ADR-0053/platform/006, coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc/local, participant 01a0ff07-c6a3-7000-81a3-94f9960a4513. Platform approves and formally acknowledges the complete proposed design at coordination PR 4, exact head 9f9af8940d46f3150d13b81e28a7d1e53f6ce563. The remote PR head and every one of the coordinator's 32 overlay target hashes were independently verified against plan SHA-256 2dc4e00dd253ef14e9411c70b8da22c80bf7fab4b4cde8797f4cd9e0cd189614. No blocking Platform design correction remains. This is a new full exact-head acknowledgment; the earlier scoped Platform005 acknowledgment was partial and is not used as full approval. Earlier artifacts remain unchanged.
Platform-owned approval and consumer obligations
Approve Identity 2.0.0, Service Auth 1.9.0, Sales Ordering 3.0.0, Sales Scheduling 3.0.0 and Credit Reservation Lock 3.6.0 as the selected proposed compatibility versions. Identity section 9.5 preserves original Person IDs, bytes and digests in immutable commands, admissions, descriptors, receipts, events, proofs and audits, with separate verified lineage. Mutable role/display/cache references continue to re-key. Existing Person-by-ID semantics remain unchanged. New-write eligibility is exact active requested Person and active original Organization tenancy, not a merged-target substitution. Authorized historical original-association access and exact unwind are separate from new admission. Explicit singleton tenant/Organization mapping, coherent reads and nondisclosing missing/ambiguous lineage fail closed; no schema column or funded-market authority is invented.
Approve the 10000ms monotonic request-through-local protected-write/observation/retirement budget, checked after locks. Refresh and retry the same immutable command outside locks on expiry; all interdomain HTTP is outside business locks. Accept the explicitly bounded residual concurrent identity-change interval after Platform's coherent snapshot. evaluated_at is metadata, not a lease or exact remote-commit fence. Consumers must preserve original association and operation-specific eligibility, and block positive retirement on incomplete or contradictory current observations.
Approve precisely these six additional singleton-scope policy rows, with exact production Vercel proof issuer/subject, Platform exchange audience, issued issuer/subject/recipient, tenant and Organization pins in the reviewed policy JSON:

All four accepted ADR-0052 policies and the original seven-scope Sales close authority remain unchanged. Fresh successful audited no-store issuance per attempt, RS256/JWT/kid/jti/time validation, 300-second maximum lifetime, 30-second skew and exact sole scope/reach remain mandatory. No bearer/proof/promise persistence or concurrent reuse. A neighboring operation's token, human cookie, broader list/read or cross-domain database access is not substituted.
Previously reported design findings are resolved
Approve the closed original_terminal.obligation_assessment and immutable-result/fresh-FinalizationObservation sibling transport. Sales receives the complete trusted original Authority, compensation bytes/receipt, writeback with both event IDs, exact finalization command/result and current terminal-only financial/resource proof through the existing recovery scope. Terminal retirement does not reauthorize compensation or finalization. Verify each independent full digest/fingerprint preimage, all repeated receipt hashes/identities, preserved permanent sender barrier, compatible source epoch/revisions and g/g+1/g+2 linkage. The corrected synthetic corpus rejects the prior mislabeled positive; no original historical receipt is regenerated. Strict duplicate-member, Unicode and UTF-8 parsing and transport byte bounds remain separate from schema shape checks.
Approve Coaching's complete all-current protected/compensating set across all time and exact indexed original selector, explicit unavailable overflow and missing-known-blocker lookup. Delivery attests original protection associations while Coaching retains current Coach eligibility. Cancellation, exclusion/rebook, duplicate display rows, Person re-keying, ordinary retirement or absent active rows cannot bypass original protections. The location digest binds the closed original LocationDigestInput, original event payload SHA-256 and event ID, original ZIP and continuation-owned site configuration. Producer proves retained event/receipt/continuation provenance; Coaching recomputes the public digest. Missing provenance/ZIP/travel source remains unknown. No invented site revision, current-location reconstruction, window/travel cap or new event-fetch authority is approved.
Approve the sixth read's prospective eligible soft-admission sidecar, all-writer lifecycle serialization, irreversible bound or expired-unbound outcome, atomic immutable expiry receipt/permanent no-bind-or-revival fence, compatible epoch/current assessment and finite owner retry/backlog behavior. GET is observational and cannot initialize, sweep, expire or repair. Null lock, TTL, Canceled, absent history or historical receipt alone never proves current resolution. For a signed original, Sales must join the exact retained Admission/descriptor/validated raw 201 soft receipt with Delivery's current intact-fence resolution and Revenue's exact permanent never-admitted receipt. Compare full redundant identity and independent receipt/fence/assessment preimages; no shared-field shortcut. Descriptorless pre-sign/preparation failures require separate owner-proved no-authorized-financial-send closeout, not retrospective signed-original settlement. Bound compensation and ordinary cancellation remain separate.
Approve the dedicated Sales server-only descriptor signer, domain-separated whole original Admission evidence envelope, sign-once append-only prepared record and retained UUID-v4/sclose3/ssh2 identity. Revenue owns static SPKI trust, monotonic durable generation watermark and the admission/tombstone/trust serialization barrier. Key rollover never re-signs originals; revocation does not admit unseen history. Documented at least 128-bit effective entropy for opaque single-use capture handles remains an inline activation prerequisite, without removing the inline customer motion.
Evidence, commitment and publication boundary
The exact-head contracts tree contains 215 files identical to the previously verified combined tree. Reuse its unchanged offline proof: ordering 415 checks, compensation 13 semantic cases, corrected observer 19 checks including 16 negatives plus three strict-parser denials, and assembly 130 checks with eight compiled schemas/95 definitions. This review independently adds 58 exact-policy and accepted-auth preservation checks and verifies all 32 publication hashes. Focused review report SHA-256 61a28a886c27daa54b355f5d75951e1c2c3aa01b9e19d46e77923ecf3eb17acf. Root's ADR editorial changes add Coaching to deciders/action items and align resolved wording; they change no reviewed contract input.
Live Platform inbox and ledger were checked. No earlier Platform ADR-0053 implementation commitment was declared, so the single conditional commitment above records the Platform rails that consumers await after formal acceptance. It includes exact issuer/recipient enforcement, coherent minimal verdict and verified lineage/history behavior, byte preservation and consumer/migration evidence. It does not transfer other domains' writers, financial predicates, signer custody or availability adapters to Platform. Root alone publishes this owner-authored memo and performs ledger/indexer/freshness processing.
Implementation is conditional on ADR-0053 acceptance. All source-pinned handler, authenticated token/denial, storage/lineage, SQL invalidating-writer, original replay, provider, interleaving, performance, deployment and release evidence remain activation gates. Missing future runtime proof does not withhold this completed design acknowledgment. No runtime code, key, database, passive fixture, activation flag, canonical artifact, commit or publication was changed by this participant review. The whole ADR remains Proposed until root completes the affected-owner exact-head acknowledgment round and formal acceptance. Later material design changes require renewed owned review.
Accepted ADR-0052 publication remains 43cd36bc312cdda3e1e2543215df55a7ace52ab1 at 2026-10-03T00:42:57Z, with unchanged maximum deadline 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z. Major consumer inventories and publication-relative migrations do not restart that deadline, reopen legacy execution, lease a durable fence, rewrite original artifacts or create retrospective admission eligibility.
Platform008 local implementation completion
Accepted ADR-0053 candidate code 1dfa6e7d6ed541e5f7702af905fa4f7919d57c34 implements the closed eight-field coherent original-association resource API and six exact additional policy rows. Full unit suite passes 409 checks with one worker, identity integration 32 and geography 3. Real isolated PostgreSQL exchange proof issues 80 unique bearers, denies 28 requests and proves audit failure returns no bearer; resource proof covers 48 cases and 16 coherent concurrent snapshots, actual HTTP proof covers six cases, and a real merge preserves three seeded immutable provenance rows plus original tenancy while existing facts alias resolution is unchanged. Typecheck and guardrails pass. Evidence is committed under Platform docs/evidence/adr0053-platform-008.
This completes the Platform-owned local candidate implementation commitment; it does not activate production or complete other owners' writer/recovery/consumer migration work. New issuer/resource flags remain default off. Actual Vercel production proofs, signer custody, serving read-only role grants and owning-domain compatibility/current-human and all-writer barriers remain activation gates. Soft-resolution positive retirement additionally lacks a reviewed all-source assessment_revision mapping for current Platform predicates; GET is read-only and no extra Identity generation is invented. Root alone publishes this source update and runs indexer/freshness; conditional gate is removed because the ADR is Accepted and the local candidate deliverable is complete.
