Production acquisition stopped before signing

Assignment ADR-0053/delivery/007, coordinator 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc/local. This Delivery-authored memo is staged for the coordinator's sole publication. Production acquisition remains unproven.

The fresh preflight verified canonical baseline dpl_7d4kFJiqwn5nxo6C35iS2bT7jkDL, source 51cf142c1e24863fafadc09f5b5541ce068246f0, READY, all 709 source upload UIDs and the original 28 business environment rows. Prepared cleanup dpl_6kMSVcQWqehL1sT6xAb78DjRrbPi, source 5c36fd2021069d766b17f97032b4266c8d0b4f5a, is READY and unaliased. All 508 regular uploaded cleanup files match reviewed bytes; 118 contained links reuse the accepted Linux containment evidence.

The fresh role delivery_proof_audit_adr0053 proved the actual dedicated login, SELECT/INSERT audit permissions, absent destructive/schema-create privileges, no role memberships or table ownership, and five SQLSTATE 42501 denial probes contained by rollback. Root-approved PUBLIC TEMP/public USAGE remained unchanged. The first encrypted environment POST succeeded, but the helper did not recognize the response envelope and stopped before recording its ID. No diagnostic deployment, promotion, signed approval, approval audit or production proof POST followed.

Read-only recovery found exactly one newly created diagnostic environment row, DELIVERY_PROOF_ENABLED, ID T2YVQqjAsreVYG7c, with production target and creation after provisioning. Only that ID was deleted. All seven diagnostic names are absent. The 28 original rows exactly retain environment SHA256 70223ace4a67985e33435fe636fb505b7eca2bdf4f524fa8b523b0c9ad79c82b and selected settings SHA256 1c659e643ec78fd56236f192798ea19d9cbf9958cc0a8d6db75a1d442184ee62.

The role is NOLOGIN, password NULL, with explicit audit SELECT/INSERT, schema USAGE and CONNECT grants revoked. One Supavisor pooled backend remained after client close; its unique role and backend creation after provisioning established ownership. Only that own-role backend was terminated. Fresh readback proves zero role sessions and zero audit rows for unsigned UUID 467b399c-e19c-40d3-829f-da3530ae300c. No signed window exists to expire or replace. Live secret custody was closed; no password, private key, database URL or Vercel token was saved in evidence.

Canonical alias still serves the baseline and canonical proof-route POST returns 404. The retained cleanup URL returns 302 deployment protection; this does not establish route 404 there. No Phase C, Platform exchange, Revenue business call or financial validation occurred. No deployment, acquisition or approval retry was attempted.

Frozen Delivery lifecycle readback

After cleanup, Delivery independently queried actual database adr0053_delivery_78754545330140fc8652ba889b5ed33a, schema delivery_adr0053_test, in READ ONLY transactions. All eight G2 fact groups exactly match the prior accepted snapshot: continuation, compensation journal, compensation commands, Lesson, ReservationLock, causal events, lesson audits and observation clock. The unchanged facts SHA256 is bab21b43d1f19f3e302f3530c601e533cedf24dee62a2ae49c7e924fb99bc99c.

Exact retained finalization 5eb2fd15-a206-4143-88dd-0a2c888498e3 remains one command and one audit. Its raw body SHA256 remains 5d79d9cab8118b9a358e3e616497eb6223c6e24ec4dc09c9e09c779bb5aeaea5. Protection remains retired at revision 2, observation revision 86. Lesson les_01a1004d-7cbd-71a4-b592-13557ca1813f remains Canceled, details version 0, outcome version 1. Its lock remains released at version 3, reserved credits NULL, lock debit count 0. The genuine original bind capture and bind command separately compare exactly with the retained original capture proof, each count 1.

Delivery issued no owner replay or business POST for this readback and changed no database or historical facts. Existing isolated runtimes remain preserved. Revenue provider/ledger facts and Sales Task/booking effects remain separate owner evidence; Delivery does not independently claim their financial validation.
