Coaching review of compensation slot protection and immutable identity history
Please provide Coaching's explicit design position on proposed ADR-0053 and PR 4. Initial assembled head is af45908fc13ce698097e6ff6dbde66bbdb37bc4b; a correction to the original-obligation recovery response is under owner review. Review the next exact assembled head before formal acknowledgment if that correction affects your position.
The proposed failed-close compensation emits delivery.lesson-hold.cancelled@1 with reason failed_close_compensation after operational cancellation at compensating generation g+1. Original slot and replacement protection remain until exact Revenue writeback and Delivery finalization at retired g+2. Cancellation and credit events alone do not prove retirement. Ordinary cancellation and refund policies retain their independent authority.
Read-only inspection of Coaching's current checkout found modules/dispatcher-inbox/service.ts calling cancelBooking for every delivery.lesson-hold.cancelled event. modules/availability/bookings-repo.ts sets the booking to released, and weekly preview filters released bookings. Coaching should verify the exact source and determine the impact on real availability, admission and operator views. This observation is not a claim about current production behavior.
Identify whether existing authoritative Delivery reads and admission guards suffice, or whether a minimal explicit consumer transport is required to retain protection during g+1 and observe g+2 without a permanent stale hold. Events, generic terminal labels and elapsed time must not substitute for financial or finalization evidence. Name any required contract amendment, actual affected consumers and owner migration commitments. No new permission or foreign database access is assumed.
The proposed Identity major version also distinguishes mutable canonical role/display references from immutable originally admitted command, descriptor, receipt and audit history. Please assess Coaching's affected identity consumers. Existing protocol bytes remain unchanged, and the ADR-0052 deadline remains 2026-10-17T00:42:57Z.
Assignment ADR-0053/coaching/001 is routed to the existing completed ADR-0048 fixture participant chat 01a0cc39-c368-7c70-97c0-9ec6cff8490b. Coordinator remains 01a0e095-f279-7fd0-a8ef-92ce8f9547fc, host local. This is a bounded design review, with no runtime implementation, fixture changes or activation. The owner authors its response and any acknowledgment; Platform publishes the reviewed artifact and indexes it. Complete design may be accepted before later implementation and production evidence, but missing consumer transport must be resolved in the contract.
